Water is not really a problem for me but like you said you experience an increase in restroom visits, which can be inconvient alot of the time cuz it feels like you been holding it for days.
hey man seriously i think bananas are bad for you if you're trying to lose weight. I went to the docter and she said i needed to lose weight so she gave me a plan. She told me to eat fruits but stay away from bannanas. weird huh?
Stay away from bananas? High it potassium. Eating 1 banana won't be bad for you. Eating 10 banana is different. I think the big ones are 100 cals , and smaller ones are cut in half by 50 cals. I love banana and i will always eat them.
I think the only reason they say to avoid bananas is because they are so high in carbs. They have natural sugars obviously, but it's a really, really high amount.
Congrats on the new PR for the 4 mile! That is what is all about. Not being satisfied with your past performance and better it. You are never racing against others or what they can do, but rather your main competitor is your past. Awesome job - way to get sweaty. Water is what it is all about. Drink at least 64 oz + 8 oz for every 25 pounds you want to lose is the recommendation.

With everything else I'm watching such as fat and calories it completely slipped my mind about the H20 bro. I will be setting a water consumption goal myself. Keep it up... Peace!
