Yes it was originally on ABC from 1988-91, but since then it moved to Cartoon Network after Turner bought the rights to everything Hanna-Barbera (and Ruby-Spears).
However ... I believe the Worldvision logo is not to be found on the DVD of "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo," correct? Please verify.

"The Scooby-Doo Show" (the 1980 syndicated package of 1976, 1977 and 1978 Scooby-Doo episodes) had this combo as well.
