Well now Buddy is talking back to the video...hahaha. He has learned to say "hi bird" and that is all he said over and over for the first minute of the video...totally cracks me up = )
My BG loves Z&B. Buddy is about 30 yrs old. My mother recently passed away, it had been many years since I had been around him. I was concerned he may not adapted. From the minute he saw me, I knew he remembered me. I came across Z&B, he went nuts/started chattering away. I truly believe he hears the excitement in their voice and wants to join in. Last night he said HI BIRD. I was so excited! This is his favorite video and the one that he reacts to the most. They have a true fan in Texas!
That's so sweet of you to say! My birds love Riley, the male Eclectus on You Tube. He's incredibly smart, you should check out his videos as well. I plan upon starting a refuge for aged parrots/macaws in the next few years, so please feel free to keep in touch with me if you ever need a home for your beloved Buddy!
That is such a thoughtful thing for you to do and you seem like the person to do it. Your babies reflect how much love you share with them. I am sorry to say Buddy will have to stay with me even if he is old and grey or bald. I have enjoyed this last couple of weeks with him so much...I could never let him go. As a matter of fact I am already considering getting another or two or three hehehehe
