I always love when someone asks: "Why haven't apes evolved into humans?" I tell them apes are NOT less evolved than humans. This leads to a blank stare.
Apes are better adapted for their environment than we would be. Without fur and "thumbs on our feet", we could never survive where they do.
@qwertyfshag Not to be a hateful redneck inciter, BUT, the biggest non-natural acts of destruction in America during the new century was caused by religious extremists, I've never seen anybody attack innocents with a suicide bomb yelling GOD IS NOT REAL. Nor do I recall any suicide cults spawning from a lack of the belief in supernatural forces. As for morality, atheists can decide what would benefit society and people best without aid of God, we have a more efficient moral compass.

@hitmann34 You can't stereotype every Christian or religious person because you've met or dealt with ones who are hypocrites of the bible and are ill informed on other matters, just like I cannot stereotype all atheist to be rude, narcissistic, argumentative, and obnoxious because those are the only ones who speak out. I know atheist that i can actually get along with and you all give them a terrible reputation. I am a proud Christian who believes in faith and grace, not works to get to heaven.
