also, the spec ops modes with enemy waves are great ones for this achievement. i accidentally got it when i played homeland security. i was on the roof of the diner, and i killed 1 man with a claymore as he came up the ladder, the next i killed with my pistol and switched without reloading to an intervention for #3, no time to reload, i knifed the fourth, and then naded down the trap door and got a 5th. wasnt trying to do it, it just happened.

attachments, grenades, and knife count. so the fal-1, the fal's attached shotgun-2, secondary weapon-3, grenade-4, knife-5. never have to get a new weapon.  works with any weapon with an attachment. also, you can forgo the knife or grenade if you have 2 weapons w/ different attachments, ie noob tube, and shotgun.

Any of the missions in Brazil are good, most others not so much because they enemies tend to use the same 2-3 weapons.

I actually did this right at the beginning of the mission.

Yeah, you can do it at the beginning of the mission if the weapon spawn rate is right... sometimes a few of them drop the same weapon, I failed a few times at the beginning simply because it was a pain to kill the enemies in the rooftops plus the trucks while trying a different weapon every time. Any of the areas in Brazil are ideal for this achievement simply because the "militia/gang" all use rag-tag weapons.
