I create my own reality. we are in charge of how the world looks to ourselves and noone has the right to say your ideals are wrong. In conclusion I agree with patch. His words are inspiring and love is a necessity to living a happy life.
It's let go of harsh negativity. Recall any bad experience you have ever had in your life and find something good that came out of it. Do it with every bad situation past and present. pretty soon your mind will automatically find the good in everything when bad moments arise. people say its unrealistic but the few who have done it live happily like myself. and to all you "realists," perception is reality so when i see rainbows and butterflies everywhere i look im not being unrealistic...
there are some really messed up comments in this section. I practice a somewhat simular practice and preach it to everyone i meet and i was quite the opposite of a "momma's boy." It may not be exactly the same but i do agree that love is the utmost important quality we can have as a people. I can relate in ways because I have people constantly calling me unrealistic in this world to live so optimistically. For anyone curious in my philosophy that I preach to friends and random strangers...
Every one all 300 people in the audience we all circled around and we were this big love hurricane as I like to call it. It was one of the greatest moments of my life. I realized just how much Love I was missing in my life. Patch Adams Saved My life And I am so happy now, but we need help. Every one needs to realize that love is real and peace is possible.
I once met Patch Adams with a few friends. Within 30 min we were all crying out of pure joy. He made us realize we were loved and that the world had hope. Then When he finished he left a open mic. People went up and told the most heartfelt story I had ever heard. And no one cared, it just made us love each other even more. Then a little girl went up and started crying because of how much she loved her family.Patch hugged her until she stopped crying and as she came off every one hugged her.
I want to meet this guy! He inspires me. I would like to become a doctor, but all those years of school seem so intimidating. Plus school is so expensive.
@casdhn I appreciate your time for the reply, you did a good job summarizing it for me. But when you said "free markets is a market economy free from government economic intervention where laws are upheld:you cannot kill, you cannot steal, you cannot defraud...." do you mean taht people in the free market do not abide by those laws? i will look into it, but i just wanted to know that simple thing... thanks.
@casdhn regarding your latest comment, you say his understanding of capitalism is completely wrong. so, what is your analysis of capitalism? i want to hear other people's views. you think its good?
ha ha patch enindg market capitalism! hahahashahaha. Poor stupid man. nobody takes him seriusly. I would love some actions not only words. All he does is talk but he has done zero inpact on society. Nothing. People go to see him becouse he is fun, nobody realy takes his words seriusly, there is not real impact on people he is like a vilage fool! nothing else!
@ncdangale112 1)well I do but this guy only wants that the whole wrold would do what HE WANTS.that is the problem with idealists everyone of them has his own idealis. what ? are we alll supose to do how he wants it to be? fuck him.He even said he is like a woman in previus interviews.I do not want women to boss me around becouse that is not natural and you can get psychologicly castarated. he is puer atemus, read a book about it, mommas boy, his mother destroyed him but he does not
@ncdangale112 2.) even realize that being an educated man.If a mother gives unconditional love to long this is what heppens. mommas boys are robbed or real intimacy with a woman for their entire life, they are broken in their essence.he worships his mother not even realzie it that she was the one that made him not being able to deal WITH THE REAL WORLD.that is the ugly and most of all selfish game of mothers of mommas boys. I had one mother like that too, but thank god I read a lot
@ncdangale112 his ideas are not real, they do not work, they are just ideas and are not fair at all. how is it fair that a surgen gets paied the same way as the cleaning lady? he has huge amount of responsibility and if he fucks up people die!!! I think he should get more money don t you agree? nobody supported him with his hospital becouse idea is so out there can begin to explain.besides if a guy is to nice, to like him he tends to be to turn out a pedophile, like mj, priests,..
@smallpotatoes989 thanks for the reply, but im gonna have to go ahead and disagree with both of you, on some points and agree with both of you on other matters :S
all he has is ideas, but his ideas are so out of wack that they can not be aplied in the real wold. Everybody can talk but few can do. That is why nobody supports him on his stupid hospital that is not fair at all. How is it fair that a surgeon gets paid for harder work the same as a cleaning lady. He has much more responsibility, that is not fair. The only reason nobody has killed him, like many great peace activist got killed is becouse nobody takes him seriusly.he his work will be forgoten.
It sounds really nice, but the majority of people wouldn't like to go through the stress, work, and commitment of a doctor for the wage of a janitor. and how many doctors would it take to give 4 hour checkups. Its not feasible in these times. And it takes more than a couple good examples for the whole world to change its views.
@KTMONEY100 It may well take less doctors if you're properly preventing illness. Prevention is always easier than a cure. Besides, health is very important. I'm not sure that paying more to keep people healthier would be a bad thing. I'd be willing to bet it's even be an economic multiplier. I agree though, we wont have enough doctors if we don't pay them for their hard work. I wouldn't take Adams model as a prescription, but rather as an alternative idea that might garner some insights.
A "bubble" is a criminal act: Fraud involving price fixing and monopolization to create false scarcity. The "racket" involved government, quasi-government banks and a plethora of Realtors.
It is natural to blame self when victimized. Certainly the criminals that defrauded you are well protected in their racketeering, having control of the justice system too. So add a feeling of hopelessness to your shame at being fooled.
But never forget your REAL DUTY. Occupy a crime scene. For others.
@Omnicronimous What's "realism" when it comes to politics? Conservatism? Libertarianism? Randian objectivism? This guy is an idiot? How so? Because he doesn't have a GIMME GIMME GIMME MINE MINE MINE attitude? Is that what's realistic?
@devourerofbabies I love it when collectivists try to portray free market advocates simply as greedmongers. Freedom to use your wealth as you see fit is not the equivalent of heartless greed. It allows you to be charitable to whatever degree you see fit, to support whatever causes you want to support, and not to be compelled to support those you do not wish to support. "Charity" is not charity if it is not voluntary. Forced redistribution of wealth is theft and it is barbaric.
@Omnicronimous I'm not sure what you are but you're sounding like a libertarian. Dr. Adams has actually been living his philosophy for over 40 years, he inspired some people to make a movie about him, and he's still going strong as an aging man. What the fuck have you done? But I guess he's the "fucking idiot". If you're sick of being portrayed as a greedmonger, I'm sick of people who listen to a Ron Paul speech and read "Atlas Shrugged" and think they're experts on politics and the economy.
@devourerofbabies You're so right. I should be as well read as you perhaps. Or maybe Patch Adams. I'm sure I would just get killed in a debate on economics with either of you. Or, perhaps your average OWSer for that matter. Silly me, thinking I could compete with intellectual giants such as yourself. Please, oh enlightened one, please, please tell me what economic system I should adhere to so that I can live a more fulfilling life.
@devourerofbabies You know, you should really qualify your insults first before you sling them around. I like how you make a point of Dr. Adams "achievements" and fail to relate how they equate to qualifications for economic expertise. I suppose Dr. Phil is an economic expert too. What about Oprah? Hey, maybe we should ask a NASA scientist. Or maybe Michael Jordan? Matt Damon?
Or maybe, instead of "who do you think you are to question him?" you'd like to actually discuss the issues?
@Omnicronimous Please do question him. Questioning is essential to healthy discourse.I never said Dr. Adams is an economic expert, but his opinions are informed by a lifetime of experience practicing what he preaches. Yet you are so far above him, so much smarter, so much better informed that compared to you he is a "fucking idiot". It's perfectly fine for you to call people idiots, but when I ask you what makes you so fucking special you say I insulted you and get all butthurt. Srsly?
@devourerofbabies I called him an idiot when it came to politics. I have no doubt that he's a good doctor. I know very little about what it takes to be a doctor on his level. I would surmise that I know as much about being a doctor as he does about politics, especially economics. I've heard his opinions on political topics. I've heard him try to convey his positions. Again, I say he's a fucking idiot when it comes to politics. Just as you are when it comes to not recognizing your own hypocrisy.
@Omnicronimous Yeah, you called him an idiot when it comes to politics. So what makes you qualified to determine who is and who is not an idiot? I didn't say he was an economic or political expert. I specifically stated that in my last post. Yeah yeah yeah, he's a doctor, not an economist. I know that. We're still on this point? Seriously? Here, let me spell it out for you: WHAT MAKES HIM AN IDIOT? Why are you so astute, and him so stupid?
@devourerofbabies My opinion of him is just that, my opinion - based on my area of expertise. I don't just disagree with the guy. When I hear him explain his position I hear obvious ignorance. So, I say as much. Then, you come along and cast an aspersion on my position. But unlike me, being aware of Dr. Adams positions, you don't have a clue about me. So, what was your support for your criticism of me? "What the fuck have you done?" My answer, "How the fuck would you know?"
@Omnicronimous Your answer is "How the fuck would I know?" Um, I don't know. Maybe that's why I asked the question? As far as defending him goes, I'm not really defending his position. So far, all I have done, ALL, the ONLY thing I have done is to ask you what makes you so smart and makes him sooooo stupid that he's a fucking idiot. Yeah yeah yeah, he's not an expert, you hear obvious ignorance coming from him, blah blah blah. WHAT Makes him ignorant? How have you determined this? Yeesh.
@devourerofbabies But, more to the point, I could be a homeless guy that simply spends his time at the library every day all day researching economics (an unlikely hypothetical, but you get the point). A list of lifetime achievements, especially achievements as viewed by like minded individuals, is hardly a qualification for getting a pass on every opinion. Notoriety does not equate to being correct, especially outside of your field of expertise.
@Omnicronimous I never said a list of lifetime achievements makes him an authority on economics or politics. How much more clearly can I say that? But he's done a lot in his life and he's clearly thought about this a lot. You want to call him a "fucking idiot" and ignorant and all that, fine. Then back up your shit. What makes him an idiot? How many fucking times do I have to ask you that question? How many fucking times? Are you going to answer, or just whine some more?
@Omnicronimous You know what? Let me make this simple enough that even your tiny little right winger brain can understand it. I want you to explain to me why Patch is an idiot. That's all. If you want call him a fucking idiot, then tell me why. Back up your shit. He's not an expert. Fine. But what makes him an idiot? Back up your shit.
Yeah, I just insulted you. Are you going to spend another three whole posts crying about it like a fucking baby, or are you going to back up your shit?
Patch you're amazing! YES we're all interconnected AND when we grow old we're not meant to die alone & live all by ourselves like our society teaches us!
As a Native American I respect my Elders but even that is being taken away from us!
This guy is so amazing. I would dearly love to spend some time with this guy. His enthusiasm is really contagious. Patch, When are you coming to Cornwall. I wish.
I can totally see why Robin Williams was a great pick to play this guy. Just listening to it and not hearing it, I almost think it's Robin Williams, just the sound of the voice, expressions, etc.
Brilliant!!!!! i only started to enjoy life when i stopped looking for love from others and gave it to myself. and i could only give it to myself when i was worthy of it, which meant being a good person. so instead thinking i was getting away with my poor behavior cos no one pulled me up on it, i stopped it cos i realised it was making me not like myself. greedy people need to learn to do this or they'll destroy their life and their loved ones.
And I don't need one of those $200K economic blowjobs either. i'll take a $60K abandoned house with boarded windows in a decrepit neighborhood. I'll take drug dealers over suburban self-lusting puppets as neighbors anyday.
BOTTOM LINE. Never forget, everything the gov't has is ours. Every dime they spend is our money. IT IS OUR MONEY. It is our money. It is our money. It is our money. It is our money. It is our money. It is our money. It is our money.
Patch sounds very communistic, but when you think of it, what he purposes and works towards is very different. Much like the ideas I have had, where we don't need money to function with one another. Where the idea of community improves individuality and good will prevails! :)
Suggest Solidarity Pin, so that supporters can recognize each other and will encourage more discussion.
I suggest lime green ribbion with "99%" written on it. One of my Right Wing friends told me Anti-Occupy greatly outnumber and if violence happens they will win. I told him violence is not the goal.
@dakota7609 This piece of dog shit? A man who gives his time for free to help people is a piece of dog shit? You're sense of morality is warped. You know Socialist isn't an insult - especially against someone who's made it work for as long as Patch has.
Half joke, half truth. Overall he has done much good for society. However the basic fact is, his doctrines will not work. I favorited this talk because i love hearing different perspectives and there is strength in some of what he says.
However, the average person cannot realise his message, they are too weak. And communism in its real guise rules by fear and oppression. Hope this answers your question.
So Patch Adams wants to end free market capitalism... meanwhile, the only reason him and his friends aren't being arrested right now is because they are being protected by the free market capitalist landlord upon whose private property they are squatting. How about a thank-you to that guy (company actually), and a thank-you to the free market system that allows for private property rights?
@eluminated Congratulations on entirely missing the whole point of all of what he said. Fuck me but you really are a dimwit. Ha ha ha ha. I've just read through your comment again to make sure, and yep, dimwit. Sheesh. So, he should thank the free market system for allowing him to hate the free market system, yeah, now that I think about it you are spot on. And you should thank the stupid fairy for allowing you to be so dim. Is there someone who looks after you? Wait, are you kidding?
@FreindlyRanger No stupid, They should thank the person who owns the property for allowing them to stay there, hence protecting them from the city and police. The right to own property is the foundation of free market capitalism. So, see if you can follow (I'll type slow).. Free market capitalism allows John Zuccotti to own property, John Zuccotti allows the protesters to squat on his property where they spew hatred for free market capitalism. See the irony, genius?
@eluminated Oh thanks, now I realise the error of my ways. Only kidding, you still aren't understanding the point. Thanks for typing slowly though, that helped. You should read slower too. So, if they moved to public property that would be okay, then. On public property they could say whatever they wanted and wouldn't need protection from the police to do so? Don't you see that's problem they are complaining about? Exactly what you are saying, exactly that. Dimwit. Now, that IS irony.
@FreindlyRanger No, you still don't get it. They WOULD NOT be ok if they moved to a city park (public property). They don't have a permit and city parks all close at dusk, therefor they would be arrested if they were squatting in a city park. Being on private property (with the voluntary consent of the owner) is the only thing allowing them to continue their protest.. and yet they reject the importance of private property rights. Understand?
@eluminated I understood what you were saying from the beginning, I disagree with you, getting permission to be a dissenter would be ridiculous. Needing 'protection from the police and the city' for voicing your opinion about a corrupt society or government or governmental institution is a ridiculous notion. Patch Adams doesn't care for private property or profit or money, didn't you hear him? You're a bit mad about the rules aren't you, I bet you want to be 'The Man' when you grow up.
@FreindlyRanger I do agree with you that getting permission to protest is absurd BUT you refuse to acknowledge the hypocrisy of Adams and OWS in general. You're calling for the end of private property rights at the very moment you are being protected by those specific rights. You are calling for government intervention to save you at the very moment the government is your greatest threat, from which private property rights are saving you. Patch should be THANKING the property owner, period.
@FreindlyRanger If these people don't like things like private property then they should put their money where their asses are. LEAVE the private property! Don't reap the benefits while condemning those very benefits. Show that you don't think you should need a permit to protest and stop squatting in a private park, it's that simple. These little shits just want it both ways. They want THEIR property rights, they just don't want anyone else to have them.
@eluminated No, I'm pretty sure you have a fucked up view of the world. Also, I think you have a fucked up view of what the protest is about. Benefits? Someone owning the space on which you walk and protest is a benefit now? I'm not calling for anything, I was watching the video, just like you, except I wasn't trying to espouse some economic principle as a way of life. Are you a rule robot or something?
@FreindlyRanger Well yes actually, a person owning a space is a benefit for everyone involved because private property is ALWAYS maintained at a higher level than public or "communal" property. Private ownership demands a certain level of quality because the owner has a specific incentive or can be held personally responsible if poor maintenace causes harm to others. That is not the case with public property, because public property doesn't offer such incentives or imply such responsibilities.
@FreindlyRanger (cont) Who exactly is "the public"?.. Who can be incentivized and who can be heald responsible? If you want a great example of exactly how this works, look into the standard of living on a privately owned Indian reservation vs that on a reservation "owned" and controlled by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and US government.
@eluminated Or you could simply look at the system we currently live under, same thing, it's a bit shit for most people. The idea is to make the whole thing better for everybody, not just the owners of the property. (Or any kind of stuff). The public is everyone. The same rules and laws should apply to everyone equally. We can stop talking now, neither of us is making any sense.
@eluminated Zuccoti park is not private land. It was 'endentured' because a property magnate wanted to curry favour with the NYC planning regulators. They wanted to build beyond zoning laws and they payed with 24/7 access to the common man. They got their piece of the pie. Now the other paries have their piece. That's protesters to you and me. Stop calling it private land it isn't. It's bought and payed for by anyone that uses it.
@Gothmatix No, I'm sorry but your statement is only partially true. It is private land but they cannot use it for anything but a publicly accessible park. However, the official particulars are the prerogative of the owner. The 24/7 public access is completely up to them. They are well within their rights to have the park close at dusk as do city owned parks, also they have the right to have the police remove any groups or individuals that they feel are problematic (cont)...
@Gothmatix This fact is illustrated by the "stand-off" that happened last week where the owner was going to make the protesters leave, by police force if necessary.. If the owner couldn't do that then that would mean *nobody* has the authority to have them leave, since it is clear the police have no jurisdiction proven by how they harass sleeping protesters whose feet cross over the line onto the public sidewalk. (cont)...
@Gothmatix So, it is established that the city has no authority within the park.. but if your premise is true and the owner has no authority either, then who *does* have the authority to make them leave? The answer would have to be *nobody* and Zuccotti Park would have long been overrun by homeless squatters.. So if we want to get super duper technical, no it isn't absolutely "private" but it's more private than public because a private entity owns it, runs it and sets the rules.
While i applaud the movement there's no point in letting Adams speak. His agenda is not that of the 99% with that of the movement, if you give every left wing asshat a mic the main focus becomes to spread and no one will not just what there protesting for and against.
Specially a hack like adams with his mother Teresa/communism mix. Communism fails, most of the 99% won't support it. Not giving out medicine as a mater of principle is just irresponsible.
@Bruce1949919 I see, you support socialized medicine, to show your support for socialized medicine you say market based medicine makes americans live longer and healthier which is a gigantic joke.
@TheHigherVoltage I am full-blood Greek and since going to Greek school as a young child I have been a student of the Greek philosophers, and I'm fully aware of the Hippocratic Oath in ALL its translations, and NO WHERE does it say doctors must be communists. In its simplest form it says that as a doctor, I will do know harm to the best of my ability.
The part of the original translation that refers to sharing knowledge and service applies to the mentor-protoge relationship, not to patients.
"I will apply, for the benefit of the sick, all measures [that] are required, avoiding those twin traps of OVERTREATMENT and therapeutic nihilism."
and
"I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that WARMTH, SYMPATHY, and UNDERSTANDING MAY OUTWEIGH THE SURGEON'S KNIFE OR THE CHEMIST'S DRUG."
Now go ahead - point to where he says all doctors should be communists and back your bullshit claim.
“One option, instead of living from a because syntax, which is where most people live - because of what happened to me, because of my age, race, gender, economic status, disease - we are because-ing ourselves to death. One option, just an option, is for you to decide that you will be a loving human being, so loving you will scare people you’re so loving. They’ll have a hard time being around you because they’ll start really liking it. In fact anyone can do it and it’s just a damned decision.”
yayers this is an awesome story and we need to keep fighting for our rights we will win if we dont stop keep up the ha bisky uploads we need the truth

@1ivingHe11 its because people where listening when you look at every poll that was done about universal health care in america even the worst asked polls where over 50% so that comment isnt exactly true i think they actually cared what he had to say
@kazooga1234 I agree too that we need to reform the healthcare system and implement socialized medicine. I don't think that people want to abolish the nuclear family or implement a system that teaches love intelligence. In 1969 the love generation would applaud those ideas, in 2011 that doesn't play to the occupy generation.
@1ivingHe11 that always has a place in protests though i just think that those people havent heard about that stuff before and wanted to listen to it and that will always play a part in any protest and should have a part in day to day life instead of being taught money is the most important thing
@Bruce1949919 aye, so true, same as the socialized police, military, fireservice, waste management, etc, all wasteful, and all rely on threatening people to fund them.
@jwhitenstall Socialized medicine is a lot different then State Governments running Police, Fire. And the U.S. Government Military. In anything there is waste and fraud. The bigger the Government the more wasteful it is. That's why we must make Government smaller and less intrusive in our lives.
@jwhitenstall man if you wanna pay for socialised fire service, police, and military thats your choice, but it IS socialised, and wasteful and inefficient like you said. Healthcare is no different from any other service, letting the government run anything is a bad idea, and forcing people to pay for other people's pensions, healthcare, security needs etc via government is theft (aka taxation).
@jwhitenstall Call me mental, but I do. I want to pay for all these things with my taxes, that way it is cheaper for all of us. The 'waste' argument is bogus. Public systems can be managed just as well as private systems. People are people. 'Private' people are the same as 'public' people. The only difference is excess profit. Or greed, to use the other word for it. 'Forcing' is the wrong way to look at it.
@FreindlyRanger you are mental, but I agree with you, to a point. Greed is a major problem with our current system, and also people are smart and capable of not being wasteful. However, giving away monopolies, either to governments or limited liability companies, is a terrible idea. It encourages waste, and legalises extortion.
@jwhitenstall Yeah, I think we definitely agree, I'm not sure whether 'monopoly' is the correct term though, but that is what I mean by 'managed', unfortunately greed drives corruption and corruption in government equals no consequences for the perpetrator (at least in my country). Well, that's that sorted. LOL.
@PersonguydudeWB He works with terminal children dressing up as a clown to bring them laughter... Yes you are, you comedy hating asshole. He wears this stuff on purpose to make people laugh.
@FCKEVRY1 Reason he's building his own hospital to practice alternative medicine, and instead of being like other board members, in suits and faceless, he is going to treat as many of the patients personally as he can.
Dennis, you are doing a great thing.....you need to do this in spring....or at least an election year in fall.........right now you are asking the same GOP congress for help, that the anti-war protesters did 6-8 years ago....you know where that went....they dont care, unless their lives are at risk they dont care......their LIVES...partial problem...some fear for their lives in government from the corporate hit men...the corps will extinguish their life if they cause too much trouble.
@nottinmatterz2day ron paul doenst want this he wants people to die the medicare medcaide and socail security program that works he wants to a abolish and he wants to have you die by not having an EPA and a FDA and then he wants to kill you money wise by having a fixed tax and crushing the middle class and poor even more then crush you educationally by not having any public schools when thats what originally made america number 1 so fuck ron paul and your comment
@bi i dont even have a tv and i do listen to him thats why i know he is against abortions and he even wants to get rid of public schools and all you have to do is watch TYT to know this stuff cenk uygur interviews him all the time he had one interview with him on MSNBC where ron paul stated he wants abolish the entitlement programs and do a flat tax/fixed tax/only use sales tax and without income tax we will have even more people who are in poverty and he also wants to get rid of the EPA and FDA
@kazooga1234 He wants to do away with programs that make people dependent on the federal government. So whats the problem? Too many people think they can be lazy and let the fed take care of them from birth to death, and that is wrong. If he wins the Presidency, he's not going to get done all of what he wants, but bringing the troops home, ending the Fed, and bringing back sound money, is a pretty good start. Look if you like how things are now, by all means vote for Romney or Perry. Peace
@bird4200 no he doesnt he wants to destroy what works in this country and i have proof that he wants to get rid of the EPA and FDA and that he wants to kill people in this country and i would vote for obama again because hes not as bad as those loons and i would rather have romney over ron paul because i believe romney would be the same as obama and i have proof that ron paul wants to get rid of the income tax and that would make more people be in poverty and i have proof that hes not really for
(continue) the contitution because hes not for abortions and under the 4th amendment women are allowed to have safe legal abortions it got into the consitution because of roe vs wade and obama wants to bring the troops home to the only problem is the republicans filibuster it and it cant happen and ron paul would have the same problem the FED is needed you want more for profit stuff without the FED thats what we have we just need to audit the FED and we need to have a universal healthcare system
continue continue not have people die on the streets like ron paul wants and i can also prove that ron paul wants you to die on the streets if the insurance companys reject you he says die on the streets he doesnt want you to be able to have medicare medicaide or socail security that we paid into to help us out he wants to go back to the poor houses and watch you and your grandparents suffer thats what he wants and no EPA and FDA means men will turn into females because of a chemical can be used
@kazooga1234 You are wrong. He doesn't want the Government dictating who lives or dies. The difference is ObamaCare is a wasteful giveaway that is unconstitutional. Patch Adams should shut up.
@Bruce19499 its not the government who determins it now the government would help people get health care like it does now its the insurance companys that are murdering people and saying they cant get health care for pre existing condictions how will they be stopped from murdering people ron paul wants to kill you by allowing the insurance companys to determin when you die so why dont you do your own research and shut up because the majority of people love the GOVERNMENT RUN ENTITLEMENT PROGRAMS
@kazooga1234 Only the poor want hand outs. Those with pre-existing conditions are just going to have to wait for care. In 2013 Obamacare will be repealed anyway.
its not the poor its the really old stupid the ones that the insurance companys used to drop as well and what you are saying is that ron pauls campaign manger shouldnt have been helped out because he didnt have insurance do to a pre existing condition so he should have just died in the church so you are against RON PAULS CAMPAIGN MANAGER THE GUY WHO YOU CLAIM YOU WANT TO VOTE FOR THE PERSON WHO HAS HELPED HIM TO DIE ON THE STREETS thats wonderful so you are like ron paul and want people to die
@kazooga1234 I knew all about Ron Paul's campaign manager right after the debate. The American People are not going to vote for a socialist again. Even if the Republican last only 4 years he will get more accomplished then Obama man. And then another Republican will be voted for in 2016. Chris Christie will throw out all the dead wood and start from scratch.
@Bruce1949919 you are the one people shouldnt listen to you think FOX "news" is actual news and actually by every poll done it shows that over 50% of americans want universal health care system (i have a link to this as well) also since you are so stupid you dont even realize that every single country is living longer then we are and paying a hell of a lot less we live as long as cubans do so all i can ask you is this
@kazooga1234 Don't listen to Kazooga1234. He's 22 years old and doesn't have a clue what life is all about. He also believes I want to vote for Ron Paul. Ha Ha. I have not desire to vote for him. nor any of the other fringe candidates. That includes. Rick S., Michelle B, Newt G, Ron P, And the dope from Utah. It's between Herman, Rick and Mitt. They will beat the socialist that is in now.
@B age doesnt matter when it comes to logic there was a 9 year old at the protest and said the most educational thing and concidering that i have 7 thumbs up it shows that you are just a troll and i can prove that ron pauls campaign manger died and got health care eventhough he didnt have insurance beucause the insurance company wouldnt take him do to a pre existing condition watch this its from a news station known as majority report sam seder will tell you /watch?v=EN2Bl_LySws and i am female
Thanks for pointing this out. Ron Paul is the most dishonest corp shill going.. all he does is mumble & twist terms to avoid questions. 'Confusing' SO2 with CO2, Greenspan was a personal friend of Rand, Against democracy, possession of morning after pill = murder, against civil rights, for teaching creation in schools, pro inequality, anti unions.. etc etc.. Ron Paul IS the Kochs bros & the corp lobby. He and Jones deflected anti war for Bush. hard right republicans.
@4me2cclearly your welcome and rand paul is his son and thats why rand is like how ron paul is because they are pretty much one in the same and they are both against public schools in general they are against public anything and anybody with an R is a loon
you want somebody who isnt a sellout go check out alan grayson now he is a real progressive i cant wait for him to be back in congress
@kazooga1234 You're an idiot.. Tell me how federally controlled public schools are good for education. Tell me where Ron Paul calls for a flat tax. Tell me how continuing the intrusive job-killing, property-stealing over regulation by unelected, unaccountable government agencies like the EPA, FDA means saving lives. Tell me how Social Security is not going bankrupt. Until you can explain your braindead comments, shut the fuck up and go fuck yourself.
i am smart when ron pauls quote is he wants to get rid of the public school system he doesnt just want to abolish the FED thats what morons like you dont get he wants to get rid of everything government run and public schools are government run and the EPA and FDA are completely relyable if the president lissons to them and if we dont have the FDA then you wont know what drugs are and arent compatable as well as the side effects the FDA makes those mandatory and also recalling costs more money
@kazooga1234 Do you realize that "abolish the fed" isn't referring to the Federal Government, it's referring to the federal reserve - a PRIVATE centrally controlled banking system that was illegally given the authority to print our nation's money and otherwise manipulate our economy in 1913. So the Paul's want to GIVE BACK that authority to the federal gov as it is spelled out in the Constitution. So if you don't even understand THAT then I won't bother trying to debate the other subjects.
@elu i am not even for abloshing the FED because we need the FED so we dont have more private corporations that are going to kill us like black water and the private sector is what is destroying america thats why states dont have as much money because all of it is going to private prisions instead of the state prisions and when the states get rid of the private prisons they have more money and ron paul said he wants to get rid of public schools so you cant act as if the FED is all he wants gone
@kazooga1234 The federal reserve IS a private corporation, what part of that don't you understand? And I'm not even gonna touch the rest of your economic theory because it's absolutely insane. LIke the ramblings of a schizophrenic.
@eluminated the FED isnt a private corporation at all its government run and the EPA is government run so is the FDA all of it is government run i dont know what lies you have been listening to but the FED is a government run program that doesnt have enough watch over it alan grayson was working on fixing that but before his work was done he got replaced but he will be back in to finish what he started
@kazooga1234 The federal reserve bank is a privately owned banking consortium you fucking twit! It is NOT a government agency, and your outrageous stupidity is absolute proof that federally controlled public schools have killed the education system in this country.
Alan Greyson was a corrupt, mealy mouthed half-wit, and that's why his constituents sent him packing.

Do it with every bad situation past and present. pretty soon your mind will automatically find the good in everything when bad moments arise. people say its unrealistic but the few who have done it live happily like myself. and to all you "realists," perception is reality so when i see rainbows and butterflies everywhere i look im not being unrealistic...
dra6onrider 2 weeks ago
there are some really messed up comments in this section.

But when you said "free markets is a market economy free from government economic intervention where laws are upheld:you cannot kill, you cannot steal, you cannot defraud...." do you mean taht people in the free market do not abide by those laws? i will look into it, but i just wanted to know that simple thing... thanks.

@ncdangale112 his ideas are not real, they do not work, they are just ideas and are not fair at all. how is it fair that a surgen gets paied the same way as the cleaning lady? he has huge amount of responsibility and if he fucks up people die!!! I think he should get more money don t you agree? nobody supported him with his hospital becouse idea is so out there can begin to explain.besides if a guy is to nice, to like him he tends to be to turn out a pedophile, like mj, priests,..

all he has is ideas, but his ideas are so out of wack that they can not be aplied in the real wold.

KTMONEY100 4 months ago

For others.

Communism, collectivism - Patch, it's great of you to be charitable with your time, but you're a fucking idiot when it comes to politics.
Omnicronimous 4 months ago
@Omnicronimous What's "realism" when it comes to politics? Conservatism? Libertarianism? Randian objectivism? This guy is an idiot? How so? Because he doesn't have a GIMME GIMME GIMME MINE MINE MINE attitude? Is that what's realistic?
devourerofbabies 4 months ago
@devourerofbabies I love it when collectivists try to portray free market advocates simply as greedmongers. Freedom to use your wealth as you see fit is not the equivalent of heartless greed. It allows you to be charitable to whatever degree you see fit, to support whatever causes you want to support, and not to be compelled to support those you do not wish to support. "Charity" is not charity if it is not voluntary. Forced redistribution of wealth is theft and it is barbaric.
Omnicronimous 4 months ago
@Omnicronimous I'm not sure what you are but you're sounding like a libertarian. Dr. Adams has actually been living his philosophy for over 40 years, he inspired some people to make a movie about him, and he's still going strong as an aging man. What the fuck have you done? But I guess he's the "fucking idiot". If you're sick of being portrayed as a greedmonger, I'm sick of people who listen to a Ron Paul speech and read "Atlas Shrugged" and think they're experts on politics and the economy.
devourerofbabies 4 months ago
@devourerofbabies You're so right. I should be as well read as you perhaps. Or maybe Patch Adams. I'm sure I would just get killed in a debate on economics with either of you. Or, perhaps your average OWSer for that matter. Silly me, thinking I could compete with intellectual giants such as yourself. Please, oh enlightened one, please, please tell me what economic system I should adhere to so that I can live a more fulfilling life.
Omnicronimous 4 months ago
@devourerofbabies You know, you should really qualify your insults first before you sling them around. I like how you make a point of Dr. Adams "achievements" and fail to relate how they equate to qualifications for economic expertise. I suppose Dr. Phil is an economic expert too. What about Oprah? Hey, maybe we should ask a NASA scientist. Or maybe Michael Jordan? Matt Damon?
Or maybe, instead of "who do you think you are to question him?" you'd like to actually discuss the issues?
Omnicronimous 4 months ago
@Omnicronimous Please do question him. Questioning is essential to healthy discourse.I never said Dr. Adams is an economic expert, but his opinions are informed by a lifetime of experience practicing what he preaches. Yet you are so far above him, so much smarter, so much better informed that compared to you he is a "fucking idiot". It's perfectly fine for you to call people idiots, but when I ask you what makes you so fucking special you say I insulted you and get all butthurt. Srsly?
devourerofbabies 4 months ago
@devourerofbabies I called him an idiot when it came to politics. I have no doubt that he's a good doctor. I know very little about what it takes to be a doctor on his level. I would surmise that I know as much about being a doctor as he does about politics, especially economics. I've heard his opinions on political topics. I've heard him try to convey his positions. Again, I say he's a fucking idiot when it comes to politics. Just as you are when it comes to not recognizing your own hypocrisy.
Omnicronimous 4 months ago
@Omnicronimous Yeah, you called him an idiot when it comes to politics. So what makes you qualified to determine who is and who is not an idiot? I didn't say he was an economic or political expert. I specifically stated that in my last post. Yeah yeah yeah, he's a doctor, not an economist. I know that. We're still on this point? Seriously? Here, let me spell it out for you: WHAT MAKES HIM AN IDIOT? Why are you so astute, and him so stupid?
devourerofbabies 4 months ago
@devourerofbabies My opinion of him is just that, my opinion - based on my area of expertise. I don't just disagree with the guy. When I hear him explain his position I hear obvious ignorance. So, I say as much. Then, you come along and cast an aspersion on my position. But unlike me, being aware of Dr. Adams positions, you don't have a clue about me. So, what was your support for your criticism of me? "What the fuck have you done?" My answer, "How the fuck would you know?"
Omnicronimous 4 months ago
@Omnicronimous Your answer is "How the fuck would I know?" Um, I don't know. Maybe that's why I asked the question? As far as defending him goes, I'm not really defending his position. So far, all I have done, ALL, the ONLY thing I have done is to ask you what makes you so smart and makes him sooooo stupid that he's a fucking idiot. Yeah yeah yeah, he's not an expert, you hear obvious ignorance coming from him, blah blah blah. WHAT Makes him ignorant? How have you determined this? Yeesh.
devourerofbabies 4 months ago
@devourerofbabies But, more to the point, I could be a homeless guy that simply spends his time at the library every day all day researching economics (an unlikely hypothetical, but you get the point). A list of lifetime achievements, especially achievements as viewed by like minded individuals, is hardly a qualification for getting a pass on every opinion. Notoriety does not equate to being correct, especially outside of your field of expertise.
In essence, get a clue.
Omnicronimous 4 months ago
@Omnicronimous I never said a list of lifetime achievements makes him an authority on economics or politics. How much more clearly can I say that? But he's done a lot in his life and he's clearly thought about this a lot. You want to call him a "fucking idiot" and ignorant and all that, fine. Then back up your shit. What makes him an idiot? How many fucking times do I have to ask you that question? How many fucking times? Are you going to answer, or just whine some more?
devourerofbabies 4 months ago
@Omnicronimous You know what? Let me make this simple enough that even your tiny little right winger brain can understand it. I want you to explain to me why Patch is an idiot. That's all. If you want call him a fucking idiot, then tell me why. Back up your shit. He's not an expert. Fine. But what makes him an idiot? Back up your shit.
Yeah, I just insulted you. Are you going to spend another three whole posts crying about it like a fucking baby, or are you going to back up your shit?

So Patch Adams wants to end free market capitalism... meanwhile, the only reason him and his friends aren't being arrested right now is because they are being protected by the free market capitalist landlord upon whose private property they are squatting. How about a thank-you to that guy (company actually), and a thank-you to the free market system that allows for private property rights?
eluminated 4 months ago
@eluminated Congratulations on entirely missing the whole point of all of what he said. Fuck me but you really are a dimwit. Ha ha ha ha. I've just read through your comment again to make sure, and yep, dimwit. Sheesh. So, he should thank the free market system for allowing him to hate the free market system, yeah, now that I think about it you are spot on. And you should thank the stupid fairy for allowing you to be so dim. Is there someone who looks after you? Wait, are you kidding?
FreindlyRanger 4 months ago
@FreindlyRanger No stupid, They should thank the person who owns the property for allowing them to stay there, hence protecting them from the city and police. The right to own property is the foundation of free market capitalism. So, see if you can follow (I'll type slow).. Free market capitalism allows John Zuccotti to own property, John Zuccotti allows the protesters to squat on his property where they spew hatred for free market capitalism. See the irony, genius?
eluminated 4 months ago
@eluminated Oh thanks, now I realise the error of my ways. Only kidding, you still aren't understanding the point. Thanks for typing slowly though, that helped. You should read slower too. So, if they moved to public property that would be okay, then. On public property they could say whatever they wanted and wouldn't need protection from the police to do so? Don't you see that's problem they are complaining about? Exactly what you are saying, exactly that. Dimwit. Now, that IS irony.
FreindlyRanger 4 months ago
@FreindlyRanger No, you still don't get it. They WOULD NOT be ok if they moved to a city park (public property). They don't have a permit and city parks all close at dusk, therefor they would be arrested if they were squatting in a city park. Being on private property (with the voluntary consent of the owner) is the only thing allowing them to continue their protest.. and yet they reject the importance of private property rights. Understand?
eluminated 4 months ago
@eluminated I understood what you were saying from the beginning, I disagree with you, getting permission to be a dissenter would be ridiculous. Needing 'protection from the police and the city' for voicing your opinion about a corrupt society or government or governmental institution is a ridiculous notion. Patch Adams doesn't care for private property or profit or money, didn't you hear him? You're a bit mad about the rules aren't you, I bet you want to be 'The Man' when you grow up.
FreindlyRanger 4 months ago
@FreindlyRanger I do agree with you that getting permission to protest is absurd BUT you refuse to acknowledge the hypocrisy of Adams and OWS in general. You're calling for the end of private property rights at the very moment you are being protected by those specific rights. You are calling for government intervention to save you at the very moment the government is your greatest threat, from which private property rights are saving you. Patch should be THANKING the property owner, period.
eluminated 4 months ago
@FreindlyRanger If these people don't like things like private property then they should put their money where their asses are. LEAVE the private property! Don't reap the benefits while condemning those very benefits. Show that you don't think you should need a permit to protest and stop squatting in a private park, it's that simple. These little shits just want it both ways. They want THEIR property rights, they just don't want anyone else to have them.
eluminated 4 months ago
@eluminated No, I'm pretty sure you have a fucked up view of the world. Also, I think you have a fucked up view of what the protest is about. Benefits? Someone owning the space on which you walk and protest is a benefit now? I'm not calling for anything, I was watching the video, just like you, except I wasn't trying to espouse some economic principle as a way of life. Are you a rule robot or something?
FreindlyRanger 4 months ago
@FreindlyRanger Well yes actually, a person owning a space is a benefit for everyone involved because private property is ALWAYS maintained at a higher level than public or "communal" property. Private ownership demands a certain level of quality because the owner has a specific incentive or can be held personally responsible if poor maintenace causes harm to others. That is not the case with public property, because public property doesn't offer such incentives or imply such responsibilities.
eluminated 4 months ago
@FreindlyRanger (cont) Who exactly is "the public"?.. Who can be incentivized and who can be heald responsible? If you want a great example of exactly how this works, look into the standard of living on a privately owned Indian reservation vs that on a reservation "owned" and controlled by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and US government.
eluminated 4 months ago
@eluminated Or you could simply look at the system we currently live under, same thing, it's a bit shit for most people. The idea is to make the whole thing better for everybody, not just the owners of the property. (Or any kind of stuff). The public is everyone. The same rules and laws should apply to everyone equally. We can stop talking now, neither of us is making any sense.
FreindlyRanger 4 months ago
@eluminated Zuccoti park is not private land. It was 'endentured' because a property magnate wanted to curry favour with the NYC planning regulators. They wanted to build beyond zoning laws and they payed with 24/7 access to the common man. They got their piece of the pie. Now the other paries have their piece. That's protesters to you and me. Stop calling it private land it isn't. It's bought and payed for by anyone that uses it.
Gothmatix 4 months ago
@Gothmatix No, I'm sorry but your statement is only partially true. It is private land but they cannot use it for anything but a publicly accessible park. However, the official particulars are the prerogative of the owner. The 24/7 public access is completely up to them. They are well within their rights to have the park close at dusk as do city owned parks, also they have the right to have the police remove any groups or individuals that they feel are problematic (cont)...
eluminated 4 months ago
@Gothmatix This fact is illustrated by the "stand-off" that happened last week where the owner was going to make the protesters leave, by police force if necessary.. If the owner couldn't do that then that would mean *nobody* has the authority to have them leave, since it is clear the police have no jurisdiction proven by how they harass sleeping protesters whose feet cross over the line onto the public sidewalk.

Socialized medicine is wrong for the United States of America. And NO... People in Countries that have socialized medicine do not live longer.
Bruce1949919 4 months ago
@Bruce1949919 I see, you support socialized medicine, to show your support for socialized medicine you say market based medicine makes americans live longer and healthier which is a gigantic joke.

@TheAppleInvestor Maybe you should look up the Hippocratic Oath.
TheHigherVoltage 4 months ago
@TheHigherVoltage I am full-blood Greek and since going to Greek school as a young child I have been a student of the Greek philosophers, and I'm fully aware of the Hippocratic Oath in ALL its translations, and NO WHERE does it say doctors must be communists. In its simplest form it says that as a doctor, I will do know harm to the best of my ability.
The part of the original translation that refers to sharing knowledge and service applies to the mentor-protoge relationship, not to patients.
TheAppleInvestor 4 months ago
@TheAppleInvestor The parts of the Oath I'm referring to are :

1ivingHe11 4 months ago
@1ivingHe11 its because people where listening when you look at every poll that was done about universal health care in america even the worst asked polls where over 50% so that comment isnt exactly true i think they actually cared what he had to say
kazooga1234 4 months ago 2
@kazooga1234 I agree too that we need to reform the healthcare system and implement socialized medicine. I don't think that people want to abolish the nuclear family or implement a system that teaches love intelligence. In 1969 the love generation would applaud those ideas, in 2011 that doesn't play to the occupy generation.
1ivingHe11 4 months ago
@1ivingHe11 that always has a place in protests though i just think that those people havent heard about that stuff before and wanted to listen to it and that will always play a part in any protest and should have a part in day to day life instead of being taught money is the most important thing
kazooga1234 4 months ago
@1ivingHe11 NO TO SOCIALIZED MEDICINE. LOOK AT EUROPE. It is wasteful and inefficient.
Bruce1949919 4 months ago
@Bruce1949919 aye, so true, same as the socialized police, military, fireservice, waste management, etc, all wasteful, and all rely on threatening people to fund them.
jwhitenstall 4 months ago
@jwhitenstall Socialized medicine is a lot different then State Governments running Police, Fire. And the U.S. Government Military. In anything there is waste and fraud. The bigger the Government the more wasteful it is. That's why we must make Government smaller and less intrusive in our lives.
Bruce1949919 4 months ago
@jwhitenstall man if you wanna pay for socialised fire service, police, and military thats your choice, but it IS socialised, and wasteful and inefficient like you said. Healthcare is no different from any other service, letting the government run anything is a bad idea, and forcing people to pay for other people's pensions, healthcare, security needs etc via government is theft (aka taxation).
jwhitenstall 4 months ago
@jwhitenstall Call me mental, but I do. I want to pay for all these things with my taxes, that way it is cheaper for all of us. The 'waste' argument is bogus. Public systems can be managed just as well as private systems. People are people. 'Private' people are the same as 'public' people. The only difference is excess profit. Or greed, to use the other word for it. 'Forcing' is the wrong way to look at it.
FreindlyRanger 4 months ago
@FreindlyRanger you are mental, but I agree with you, to a point. Greed is a major problem with our current system, and also people are smart and capable of not being wasteful. However, giving away monopolies, either to governments or limited liability companies, is a terrible idea. It encourages waste, and legalises extortion.
jwhitenstall 4 months ago
@jwhitenstall Yeah, I think we definitely agree, I'm not sure whether 'monopoly' is the correct term though, but that is what I mean by 'managed', unfortunately greed drives corruption and corruption in government equals no consequences for the perpetrator (at least in my country). Well, that's that sorted. LOL.

@nottinmatterz2day ron paul doenst want this he wants people to die the medicare medcaide and socail security program that works he wants to a abolish and he wants to have you die by not having an EPA and a FDA and then he wants to kill you money wise by having a fixed tax and crushing the middle class and poor even more then crush you educationally by not having any public schools when thats what originally made america number 1 so fuck ron paul and your comment
kazooga1234 4 months ago 9
@kazooga1234 you should try and listen to him, instead of watching mainstream media. They twist his words around constantly.
bird4200 4 months ago
@bi i dont even have a tv and i do listen to him thats why i know he is against abortions and he even wants to get rid of public schools and all you have to do is watch TYT to know this stuff cenk uygur interviews him all the time he had one interview with him on MSNBC where ron paul stated he wants abolish the entitlement programs and do a flat tax/fixed tax/only use sales tax and without income tax we will have even more people who are in poverty and he also wants to get rid of the EPA and FDA
kazooga1234 4 months ago
@kazooga1234 He wants to do away with programs that make people dependent on the federal government. So whats the problem? Too many people think they can be lazy and let the fed take care of them from birth to death, and that is wrong. If he wins the Presidency, he's not going to get done all of what he wants, but bringing the troops home, ending the Fed, and bringing back sound money, is a pretty good start. Look if you like how things are now, by all means vote for Romney or Perry. Peace
bird4200 4 months ago
@bird4200 no he doesnt he wants to destroy what works in this country and i have proof that he wants to get rid of the EPA and FDA and that he wants to kill people in this country and i would vote for obama again because hes not as bad as those loons and i would rather have romney over ron paul because i believe romney would be the same as obama and i have proof that ron paul wants to get rid of the income tax and that would make more people be in poverty and i have proof that hes not really for
kazooga1234 4 months ago
(continue) the contitution because hes not for abortions and under the 4th amendment women are allowed to have safe legal abortions it got into the consitution because of roe vs wade and obama wants to bring the troops home to the only problem is the republicans filibuster it and it cant happen and ron paul would have the same problem the FED is needed you want more for profit stuff without the FED thats what we have we just need to audit the FED and we need to have a universal healthcare system
kazooga1234 4 months ago
continue continue not have people die on the streets like ron paul wants and i can also prove that ron paul wants you to die on the streets if the insurance companys reject you he says die on the streets he doesnt want you to be able to have medicare medicaide or socail security that we paid into to help us out he wants to go back to the poor houses and watch you and your grandparents suffer thats what he wants and no EPA and FDA means men will turn into females because of a chemical can be used

@kazooga1234 You are wrong. He doesn't want the Government dictating who lives or dies. The difference is ObamaCare is a wasteful giveaway that is unconstitutional. Patch Adams should shut up.
Bruce1949919 4 months ago
@Bruce19499 its not the government who determins it now the government would help people get health care like it does now its the insurance companys that are murdering people and saying they cant get health care for pre existing condictions how will they be stopped from murdering people ron paul wants to kill you by allowing the insurance companys to determin when you die so why dont you do your own research and shut up because the majority of people love the GOVERNMENT RUN ENTITLEMENT PROGRAMS
kazooga1234 4 months ago
@kazooga1234 Only the poor want hand outs. Those with pre-existing conditions are just going to have to wait for care. In 2013 Obamacare will be repealed anyway.
Bruce1949919 4 months ago
its not the poor its the really old stupid the ones that the insurance companys used to drop as well and what you are saying is that ron pauls campaign manger shouldnt have been helped out because he didnt have insurance do to a pre existing condition so he should have just died in the church so you are against RON PAULS CAMPAIGN MANAGER THE GUY WHO YOU CLAIM YOU WANT TO VOTE FOR THE PERSON WHO HAS HELPED HIM TO DIE ON THE STREETS thats wonderful so you are like ron paul and want people to die
kazooga1234 4 months ago
@kazooga1234 I knew all about Ron Paul's campaign manager right after the debate. The American People are not going to vote for a socialist again. Even if the Republican last only 4 years he will get more accomplished then Obama man. And then another Republican will be voted for in 2016. Chris Christie will throw out all the dead wood and start from scratch.
Bruce1949919 4 months ago
@Bruce1949919 you are the one people shouldnt listen to you think FOX "news" is actual news and actually by every poll done it shows that over 50% of americans want universal health care system (i have a link to this as well) also since you are so stupid you dont even realize that every single country is living longer then we are and paying a hell of a lot less we live as long as cubans do so all i can ask you is this
how does my ass taste?
kazooga1234 4 months ago
@kazooga1234 Don't listen to Kazooga1234. He's 22 years old and doesn't have a clue what life is all about. He also believes I want to vote for Ron Paul. Ha Ha. I have not desire to vote for him. nor any of the other fringe candidates. That includes. Rick S., Michelle B, Newt G, Ron P, And the dope from Utah. It's between Herman, Rick and Mitt. They will beat the socialist that is in now.
Bruce1949919 4 months ago

He and Jones deflected anti war for Bush. hard right republicans.

kazooga1234 4 months ago
@kazooga1234 You're an idiot.. Tell me how federally controlled public schools are good for education. Tell me where Ron Paul calls for a flat tax. Tell me how continuing the intrusive job-killing, property-stealing over regulation by unelected, unaccountable government agencies like the EPA, FDA means saving lives. Tell me how Social Security is not going bankrupt. Until you can explain your braindead comments, shut the fuck up and go fuck yourself.
eluminated 4 months ago
i am smart when ron pauls quote is he wants to get rid of the public school system he doesnt just want to abolish the FED thats what morons like you dont get he wants to get rid of everything government run and public schools are government run and the EPA and FDA are completely relyable if the president lissons to them and if we dont have the FDA then you wont know what drugs are and arent compatable as well as the side effects the FDA makes those mandatory and also recalling costs more money
kazooga1234 4 months ago
@kazooga1234 Do you realize that "abolish the fed" isn't referring to the Federal Government, it's referring to the federal reserve - a PRIVATE centrally controlled banking system that was illegally given the authority to print our nation's money and otherwise manipulate our economy in 1913. So the Paul's want to GIVE BACK that authority to the federal gov as it is spelled out in the Constitution. So if you don't even understand THAT then I won't bother trying to debate the other subjects.
eluminated 4 months ago
@elu i am not even for abloshing the FED because we need the FED so we dont have more private corporations that are going to kill us like black water and the private sector is what is destroying america thats why states dont have as much money because all of it is going to private prisions instead of the state prisions and when the states get rid of the private prisons they have more money and ron paul said he wants to get rid of public schools so you cant act as if the FED is all he wants gone
kazooga1234 4 months ago
@kazooga1234 The federal reserve IS a private corporation, what part of that don't you understand? And I'm not even gonna touch the rest of your economic theory because it's absolutely insane. LIke the ramblings of a schizophrenic.
eluminated 4 months ago
@eluminated the FED isnt a private corporation at all its government run and the EPA is government run so is the FDA all of it is government run i dont know what lies you have been listening to but the FED is a government run program that doesnt have enough watch over it alan grayson was working on fixing that but before his work was done he got replaced but he will be back in to finish what he started
kazooga1234 4 months ago
@kazooga1234 The federal reserve bank is a privately owned banking consortium you fucking twit! It is NOT a government agency, and your outrageous stupidity is absolute proof that federally controlled public schools have killed the education system in this country.
Alan Greyson was a corrupt, mealy mouthed half-wit, and that's why his constituents sent him packing.
