xipm3 agreed, KB's will not physically make you LOOK that much better. all the training works the inside of your body and not the outside. it hits all the parts that you cant see, joints/ligaments/tendons/bones. valery doesnt visually look like much, i promise you he is a stud!
valery, i'll see you at the arnold classic in march again this year. i spoke mostly to andrew durniat last year hopefully we can talk more extensivly this time around.
what an awesome compilation of valerys experiences with the kettlebell. training, competing, demonstrating and coaching. at 2:09 of the video i saw my son nocona getting coached by the master himself in athens, greece. it was like going back through time. today, cona is the youngest sport coach in the usa. true kettlebell lifting began in america the day valery fedorenko arrived. i couldnt be more grateful for that.
The best part is he is a very humble man. No arrogance, no attitude just a great coach and overall nice guy.

@XIPM3 You mean he doesn't have big, pumped up arms. The rest of his body's gonna be built like a tank! but you can't see that through the clothes.

Интересно, Паундстон её осилит, в смысле выжмет.

@Findexer99
В рядли, хотя если будет ее ставить дном на плечо как Халаджи, то вполне возможно осилит.
