  • congrats! and you work with food? How can you do that? what s your secret?

  • @fornow100000 Willpower!

  • @redneck500 How do you practice your willpower? Food is pleasure for most . When you have a bad day or there is nothing else to satisfy your emotions food is so easy to get. Now, what do you think and do each time if there is temptation?

  • @fornow100000 You don't have to tell me. that's why I weigh 500 lbs..

  • luv ya bro im wit cha and ya wat loser dislikes this vid

  • So how did you lose it? I need solutions. x_x

  • Most slim people workout 3-5 times a week. They plan meals so they don't graze or eat fast food. They keep water, protein bars & gum on hand (in car, in purse, in desk) to keep from feeeling too hungry.Whole grains + proten=you are full til next meal.key is exercise which^^ feel-good-hormones so you then arent' as depressed & prone to overeat. No excuses. Hit the gym.More exercise out , less calories in= slimmer.it's not rocket science. Stop makiing excuses.

  • @bloodstreak87 the faster you lose the weight the less your skin is going to have a chance to relax again. if you lose 100lbs over 1/2 a year to a year then your body will have a hard time keeping up.

  • Congrats! Also, you're HOT! :o)

  • @bloodstreak87 Why would he lie??

Also, not everyone has loose skin if they exercise.

  • An AZN doctor was being interviewed on U.S. television and said the reason why people gain back weight after dieting is that it takes the brain 1-2 years before it internally realizes that one is now at the correct weight. Dieting, he added, sends the body into a starvation shock-mode as it struggles to keep on all the weight even when the correct weight is reached. The key is to keep the weight off for 1-2 years and the brain will caibrate---reset itself---and one does not have to diet anymore.

  • im scared to do it. i mean... i have to i need to. but im seriously scared where ill end up after im done with it. or if i give up. and im scared of what my body will look like when i meet my goal. kind of an irrational fear, but to me... its more than that. i wish i knew what it was like to be skinny... but i dont know how to motivate myself to stick with the work outs the diets... all the shit. its just so overwhelming... and im scared to do it alone.

  • @allys190 my thoughts exactly, people really dont realize how hard it is, i NEED to lose weight, ive never even kissed a girl before, everyone i know has, im really unhappy

  • @caleb9608 They dont, and thats just it. They critisize you and tell you "well, do something about it if you dont like it." HAH! easy for your size-0 ass to say. My body is built to be big. And i dont know how to control myself. I try, theres days where i think i do AWESOME, then i step on the scale and it just tears me apart. I have been in many relationships. I am currently engaged. But i didnt get with this person because of my looks. they love WHO iam. not WHAT

  • @caleb9608 And they will love and want you as you are. Maybe theyll be able to HELP you reach your goals?! you never know. I know life seems hard. But, keep looking on the brighter side. Things will turn out for you. And DONT ever give up. :)

  • you're awesome!

and what douchebag disliked this vid??

  • Well done fantastic job. I always wonder why people are so negative asking will you gain back the weight? What kind of question is that when u just lost it and worked so hard. I know that feeling and youre right the temptation is always there thats why its a LIFESTYLE change and this is the part people dont get when they fail. Like you i will always crave a good burger or fry up and sometimes give in but my changed habits are for life and i accept that. Thanks for sharing.

  • holy crap man, im 60ish pounds in to my journey to lose 100 pounds, sometimes having to lose that much weight seems really overwhelming but i see stories like this and im like damn. if you lose your weight through moderation and exersize the chancees youl gain it back are slim

  • great job! I feel like shit with this weight, can't do shit!

  • You made up your mind, then your body followed. The success of your weight loss, was achieved when your mind and heart was completely made up, that you wanted to change your life habits, in order to lose weight. I feel that you will keep it off, because I know you don't want to revert back to feeling the way you did at over 420 pounds!

  • Thank you
