Thank God I do yoga regularly or else I would get chubby eating food cooked in your style. Thank you so much. I am looking forward to the deliciousness of next weekend. God bless!

hey chef ...as ususal u were absolutely fantastic..!!
my version of aloo paratha is that i also add finely chopped ginger..and lots of corriander leaves.. :) n since everyone is health conscious these days..i make it on the tava and close put one drop of oil on both sides so thats 2 ..maybe u can avoind that also... then close it witna lid..so it cooks on its own steam.. then u turn n cook evenly...thats all..no butter nothing..done
hiya guys and ladies i wanted to know if the paratha became too oily what would b the best solution for that. cuz i can make the parotha but during the kneading it became way too crispy.
so i couldnt roll it out. i figured out from vahchef's show that the oil is more than it shud b

its a punjabi dish had at breakfast time smothered in ghee (clarified butter) and drank with tea!! it was my fav type of paratha when i was there the gobi (cauliflower) one was nice too. My mother inlaw taught me how to make them. this is a good way too
just class, now i really know how to make paratas.thinking retrospectively i laugh at my self that i used to make some flour dish and call it parata.thanks guruji, you are really not only a perfect cook but also a great teacher
I fell in love with stuffed paratha when the executive chef of shangri-la hotel in new delhi made me one. So crisp and wonderful I ate it with yogurt and pickels for 5 days.
Unfortunately, I have no chance to go back to India. But I continue to long for that paratha. Good thing I've found how to make it in youtube! And the best demo so far is from you Chef Sanjay. You are so enthusiastic and shows cooking with fun and ease! You are a lovable cook. Namaste!
Vah Re Vah! This explanation was amazing!! You made me really hungry though! NOT FAIR! LOL! J/K! For real though, you did an excellent job explaining this! Love your enthusiasm!
I have made aloo parathas before. However, the parathas would break or would not come out evenly cooked. Your techniques showed me how to perfect the parathas. I just made them for my husband and he is still licking his fingers. Thank you chef. Please continue posting your recipes, tips and tricks.
I have tried your alu parota. It is nice. I had problem alu is coming out. Not sure why is that so. Is it something to do with maching, rolling or dough is so wet?
with best wishes and thanks for sharing this great recipe.
thank you Chef

I fell in love with stuffed paratha when the executive chef of shangri-la hotel in new delhi made me one. So crisp and wonderful I ate it with yogurt and pickels for 5 days.
Unfortunately, I have no chance to go back to India. But I continue to long for that paratha. Good thing I've found how to make it in youtube! And the best demo so far is from you Chef Sanjay. You are so enthusiastic and shows cooking with fun and ease! You are a lovable cook. Namaste!
