Raphael wrote this entrancing Hawaiian song called "The Calling", and Kutira sang the lead vocals. I haven't heard it for years. I actually sing back up on the cd of this song, along with Brook Katz, Joy Vegan, and Justin. Thanks for putting it to just beautiful photographs of The Big Island. I wish someone would post the live video of this album that we performed live at Dr.Lily's birthday party back in 1994-95. It was on Maui, at night, with tiki torches and lots of drummers. Thanks!
i found this cd in my local goodwill. i looked at it said why not. i bought it, brought it home and played it. within the first 30 seconds i was engaged in a trance that relax my mind, body and soul. i absolutely love this album. one of my best finds from a thrift store.
