  • Elly I had your glasses.

  • @VictorAndScience Shuron Ronsir Zyls.

  • Another great poem, especially "knelling a toll like tibetan bells", all those double-l's chime together wonderfully. Love how none of those dislikes had anything to comment, but the likes actually have something to say.

  • Some terrific lines here, Elly. I love this: "You lie across the bed like a human sacrifice --which any Aztec would have recognised as such..." And the last line's understatedness.

  • Blunt, Raw & Real (( Always )) love your work El. Your candor shines when you write, and your expressions always leave one to evaluate surroundings. May you always communicate with this candor, clarity and unique style. Serendipity abounds once we are completely and sincerely honest within ourselves. It may be painful but the rewards are enormous.

  • Excellent, as always. I love the matter-of-fact feel of that last line, such a stinger but with a bluntness that makes the super defeating irony rub me raw.

  • Finally you make another video haha. Anyway really good stuff. You're very talented.

  • I'm blown away, Elly. Speechless.

  • That was absolutely beautiful. It's great to hear such a good poem from a fellow poet. Keep up the great work :) We'll have to exchange ideas and thoughts sometimes. Nothing better than two poets or writers talking about their craft together.

  • Beautiful. Faved. You can do no wrong. In poetry, anyway... :P
