yo man you get download it off the internet..if you check my video I had problems with installing the PC version until I saw aliayaz19 video and I did what it said now I got GTA and can play it online free
yes it is but sometimes it changes and the static ip is ( bro-clan. no-ip. biz ) withoutspaces and ( ) cause ive used Dynamic DNS Service so ive changed numbers for letters so its easy to remember ^^
