is it true that if u have cherokee blood in you, that they let u go see the Pow Wows? If so, my Great-Great-Great Grandfather was 100% Cherokee and he walked on Andrew Jackson's Trail of Tears.......and i want to learn more about my heritage and go see one!!!!!

Very interesting and nicely done! Its wonderfull to see this culture survived after allthe cruelty and I hope to see they will progress and maintain their culture! It is imazining th original owners of a land was put aside. I wonder whats the population now!
U.N.I.T.Y. is going to Oklahoma this summer of 2007. Natives from all over the nation will be there with their tribe. Come meet new people, share your culture. Their will be entertainment; food and dances. Their will also be workshops for college and health...Last year UNITY went to Buffalo, NY, and it was fun. Research some more about it. See you there!
