Some of the O's and A's look just a little unusual because the mouth seems a bit too-closed.

Her head never makes any jerking movements. It is actually less natural to have someone move perfectly and smoothly. That's part of why people use Mo-Cap.

That's great! My suggestion would be to, instead of having the black background, include footage from some of the darkest scenery from Half-Life itself. Also, you could unclude more characters - for instance, you could have Gordon or Barney approaching Alyx.

this is faceposer. it is part of the source SDK which comes with any source game. half life 2 is the best of the games so if you want something to play as well pick up the HL2 pack off steam.
