  • if its so strong radioactive why you holding it in your hands isnt that dangerous

  • I do NOT hold pitchblende in my hand.

The mineral is closed in a plastic pouch.

The distance to my finger tips is nearly 10 cm. Compare the counts/minute when the same distance is between the mineral and the counter.

  • Joachimstahl in Czechia, not Slovakia...

  • wááá you use uranium? and this legal? ha??

  • Kein uranium sondern Uraninit und das wird als Pechblende bezeichnet oder im englischen als pitchblend. Es ist legal und du kannst es bei Ebay kaufen.

  • will uraninite explode if you incase it in acrylic?

  • How is this counter made/assemblated ?

Did you do it yourself from separate materials (obviously the calculator part, yes).

  • CPM stands for "Counts Per Minute". Similar to "DPM" (disintegrations per minute), CPM is used to measure how potent the radioactivity is.

  • Nice Uraninite sample. Check my video out for radioactive minerals.

  • Is that saturation?

  • What is the CPM rating of the sample of Uranium shown in the video?

  • Please explain me the term CPM
