anybody with a brain knows that even a stock c6 z06 would kill a bolt on gts viper...a 550 hp c6 z06 would just destroy it..a 550 hp c6 z06 will trap well over 130 in the 1/4. Hell my z51 c6 vette with bolt on's will run close with a stock gts..they do like 115-118 trap speeds compared to mine around 114-115.

the z06 won,i was driving the viper but i also only had an american racing headers, which i did not gain any more power and a borla exaust which gives me about 25hp more, Its all about the driver I did give the vette a good run. But Mr.Cameron is faster than all of us.Even Adams twin turbo c5, Mr Cameron has a z51 with a ls2 and some gears and he claims he beats twin turbo. Props to Cameron when he wakes up from his dreams.
Wow, a heavily modified 556whp 2007 Z06 barely beats a near stock 1996 Viper which is rated at 450BHP and usually dynos at 420 WHP?? If that Z06 has 556WHP then it easily makes 600BHP. So props to the Viper here with only 450bhp, definitely.
i think this viper has a bit more than 450 bhp. . .and z06 had a bad start. . .but i will give props to the driver god race. . .btw its an 06 zo6,the color was discontinued in 06 dso
its not HEAVILY modded if its only pumping out 50 more hp than stock. a full exhaust (like the viper has) can add like 30 - 40 alone, so really there probably werent a lot of mods. But the Z06 has been proven to be faster than the viper for years. but it was a good race
The z06 came by the viper, the finish line was about 2-300 feet past the camera and when 2 cars pass you at 115 your watching if their still under control not where your pointing the camera

3M clear br, Z-06 rear spoiler, 228-232 575/588 113 cam, comp pushrods, titanium retainers DUAL SPRINGS. 413whp/378 rwtq corrected fast 90 slightly ported. Dyno numbers pending
