You can download the skins at

AVP2files(dot)com. About the Mappack, all it is, is it just adds new maps to multiplayer. If you want a change in pace, and want to see something new instead of the boring original maps. Download it. But, not many people play on the mappacks though. But a few do.

The runner? Not quite, He is moonwalking. It's a glitch that allows you to float like that while going backwards. like you were actually doing the moonwalk.
