@JachAnen You may be mistaken. The fiddle and violin are essentially the same instrument. This piece is as close to bluegrass as it gets and the older the listener the more likely they consider it music to our ears if we can still hear it. Many youth today use unnecessaryor crude language to make their point when they describe any music wheter they like it or dislike it. It's not NOISE.

@USPSBS Actually, what i have learned is the older you get the more you complain about newer music, and the more, "crude language" as you say, is used to describe the newer music.

Even though she is using violin she is using it in a way it was not intended, new way, new music.

Of course this does not count for everyone but most over 40 would not care much for Vanessa Mae's fantastic music.

Btw. i'm in the 20's so no confusion occurs.
