  • Such an awesome car. Im about to get one too,2.8 crd, 2007, the 3-door model. Can hardly wait to get it :)

  • @Lightunseen

    It's not a car, it's a SUV.

    It's not a truck, it's a SUV.

It's not an airplane, it's an SUV.

    Get it?

  • @macman1138

We don't use SUV term here in Finland. Straight translation would be..something like.."a city crossover"...*katumaasturi* in finnish. And correct me if im wrong...but that jeep is still a CAR, even though it is an SUV (CAR = a wheeled motor vehicle used for transporting passengers ). (SUV = marketing term for a vehicle similar to a station wagon, but built on a light-truck chassis).

  • If you want bad ass, look up browns camp

  • Mout12

this is the tel number for info on the requirements for what requirements for the trail.

    Rubicon trail jamboree (530) 333 4771

    A stock will make it

    The web page states 3+lift

  • We have an 1989 wrangler Laredo 4.0L can somebody tell me please if it is a good off roarer I think it's good bat I would like if somebody tell me if I'm right

  • Nice to see a lone TJ hanging tough with the JKs. I would like to get out to the Rubicon trail one day.

  • jeep is my favorite, but I did a same thing with my suburban, .......

  • there are so many 4 door Jeeps... Chrysler made a good move

  • Worst off road music from 3:10-3:54

  • @welditup85 great 70's porn music though.

  • this is the rubicon trail?

  • OIIIIIIIO JEEPN' 4 LIFE!

  • i love landrover's and i love jeep Wranglers :D

  • This is a trail?

Costa Rica has roads like this!

  • Just a good reason to get an aftermarket bumper

  • you can tell they werent driving their own vehicles... going nuts trying to kill em

  • I will be buying a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in a few weeks... i can hardly wait..

  • this music sucks.. but the jeeps are badass...

  • i would love to have a drive way like that.

  • I was told that the Jeep Wrangler (rubicon edition) is unable to complete the Rubicon Trail without modification. Anyone know if this is true? if it can, could you please show a source?

  • @mout12 Well I read the reviews about them when they FIRST came out and I forgot which, but one of the big off road magazines did a test taking it through the rubicon bone stock... And if I remember correctly, it made it bud had some rash on the sides or fenders.. Don't remember which.. They said it made it, but not unscathed..

  • jeeps are so fucking awsome

  • i love jeeps

  • Jeeps, They are born to fight.

  • from 5 - 5:30 that guy needs a better spotter..

  • definitely gay music. great cars

  • beautiful trail, doesn't seem to be any mud / swamp type areas - but I guess that can be a good thing.

  • gay music. good suv

  • why he goes there - 3:27 - without 4H on?

  • @Maximile1 ummm their in 4L the whole time

  • i can't wait til i get mine when im 16 a four door with a 6speed manual

  • The trail is as hard or as easy as you want it as there are several paths on the trail

  • colormestupid, I think you truly are stupid. What does anything you said in your comment have to do with anything? It's not about the rig truly, it's about the driver and what he can do with the rig he has. Keep wheeling a toyota cuz you will never know how to crawl anything else anyway!

  • So how hard is this trail? I have a Sahara JK Unlimited with a 2.5" coil lift with 35s. Think I could do this one?

  • you have enough room in your wheel wells for 35s with a 2.5" lift? cool lol

  • no you dont thats impossible

  • What's impossible, putting 35s on with a 2.5 Lift? You most definitely can do that on the 07 to currents. I drive it everyday like that, not a problem

  • I had to get on my girlfriends account to say a few things to some of you that just dont know anything about the con or rock crawling

  • Oh man, I love Richie Valens at 330 called sleepwalk

  • i think at 4:25 he said BITCH...he was trying to catch up or something...LMMFAO

  • Wow, your a dork, maybe you should get outside more? Go away.

  • It helps when you deflate all the tires to 10lbs of pressure for rock crawling. I would almost label this trail as, "two trackin." Wheres the mud? The Rubicon needs a 4" lift & more power under the hood, 205 HP is a bit weak. I hope Chrysler beefs up the engine with the next model change. My 2004 Liberty could handle this trail, no problem.

  • Another pretender amongst us. Tire pressure is dependant on many factors, tire size, vehicle weight, and terrain being just a few, but you knew that, right? The "mud" is there in the spring, other wise its rock and more rocks. It is not simply a "two track". How do you think it earned it's reputation as the World's Most Famous Trail?

  • wow 4:24

  • Slight correction: If you beef up this Jeep, it would certainly be capable. I just wouldn't want to try the "bigger stuff", stock. Need bigger tires and all the necessary guards etc.

  • Looks like a great Jeep, but this video was of them doing the "small stuff". Look at some of the other Rubicon trail challenges. This Jeep wouldn't last 2 minutes.

  • If these guys did the trail then they handled it all. Except for the Lil Sluice there arn't too many bypasses. Of coarse you know that, being the seasoned "wheeler" that you are, right? lol

  • "Seasoned"...I've been around the bend a few times. I just gave my opinion. No need to be condescending.

  • You mean "condescending" like "This jeep wouldn't last 2 minutes"? You mean like that? Sounds to me your "bend" doesn't include any trips on the Con.

  • Love my 07 Wrangler Unlimited X....

  • i am buying one today ..... yayy i love my jeep

  • are they auto?

  • you can get either a 4 spd auto or a 6 spd manual

  • man my dad has a 4 door jeep like these..and its a awesome vehicle

  • i hope i get a sick jeep wrangler like these one day

  • my first car is a VW Vento CLX, but boy do I love the Jeep, I am gonna have one

  • lol this is just a bunch of rich fucks that can afford new jeeps and dont know how to wheel

  • Sounds to me like someone a little envious? You wouldn't mind sharing any pics of yourself showing us that you "know how to wheel"?

  • Is this a good first car?

  • Personally I would argue that no brand new car is a good first car.

Only with experiencing your first car will you figure out what you really need in a car, and what's actually important to you (as opposed to what you THINK is important before you get the car).

If you're wrong on what you need, you don't want to be stuck with a brand new car that is practically useless!

  • That's a soft top

  • Nope. Its a 3 piece freedom top.

  • Comment removed

  • no the car that is shown at 5:30 is a soft top. the car before that has the three piece hard top but only the front 2 sections are taken off

  • OIIIIIIIO

  • at 5:30 is that a hard or soft top

  • just got my first jeep, 2009 rubicon, cant wait to get it out on some trails and the beach!!!

  • Congrat. It's the best Wrangler yet. The JK Rubicon will surprise you of what it can do

  • what is that jeep at 2:05

  • That's a 2 door rubicon

  • arent rubicons also called JK

  • No.

  • Comment removed

  • Yes they are called JK. it's a Jeep Wrangler unlimited JK with the rubicon package. Massfireflame obviously doesn't kno wranglers at all

  • JK is the designation for the model year of the Wrangler. JK is from 2007 to present. Rubicon is a hardcore offroad trim of the JK. There are also Sahara and X trims of the JK

  • I'm a big fan of black smoke too, but even with that lil' 3.8 V6, the Jeep Unlimited JK is still the best built SUV on the market, PERIOD!

  • If this came with a v6 diesel and a 6 speed (which it already does) It would be the best 4x4 in the American market.

  • sin duda el JEEP WRANGLER RUBICON 2009 the best TOYOTA FJ SUCK...

  • i have 5 choices, the titan pro 4x, the tundra 4x4, the jeep rubicon, xterra 4x4, or fj which should i chose for best offroad capabilities?

  • wrangler 100%

    i own a 2007, wounderful JeeP

    O|||||O

  • For offroad capabilities ONLY the jeep. It has the biggest aftermarket and getting the real one (2 door) the wheel base is smaller and much better. For road comfort its not the best but offroad its size and wheel base alone make it the best.

  • god dam i love those plastic fenders!

  • HELL YEAHH I AM GETTING MINE SOON!!

  • Im a big fan of the jeEp wrangler.. this video shows what they can truely do.

    *!JeepsFuckkenRock!*

  • i think the jk's are ugly/ tj's look so much better.

  • totally on the same page as you

  • I'm going to respectfully disagree. I enjoy my 4dr ruby bc of it's capabilities off road...which equal that of most 2drs bc of my driving experience and also i like the comfort and room of having the backseat with doors. really a sweet set up in my opinion.

  • I don't know anything about 4wd-ing and i know the wrangler is built for that stuff, but surely on some of those really really big rocks and ledges, would cause some wheel alignment problems or damage the axle or something??

  • Ahh the beauty of solid front and rear axles.

The steering rods are spanned across the front axles and out of the way of rocks. Rocks have to hit the axles safe before bending or damaging them. The Axles themselves are very resilient and can take punishment. Most people who are wheeling aren't driving 50-80 over big rocks so what you mentioned isn't an issue.

  • My theory, don't replace it til you break it. Keep tearing up them new rigs so you can start upgrading them!

  • While I'll never question a stock wrangler's capability, I will question the owners desire to throw that kind of scrill down on a new rig only do drive bumper first into a boulder he doesn't have the clearance for.

  • they are going on the easiest parts of the rubicon

  • jeeps are my drugs i have a 92 yj and i love it

  • Jeep unlimited's all the way but i still love my H1 on the side the only decent hummer ever made in my opinion. however favorite vehicle still has to be the '89 TJ.

  • Late 80's jeeps were YJ

  • and why an 89, why not after they switched to the 4.0 instead of the underpowered 4.2?

  • jeeps are awesome, i look at hummers like a mini van.

  • O own one they are awesome and as far as hummers go if I had wanted a hummer I would have asked your girlfriend for one

  • I WANT ONE..........

  • So beautiful..all of them.

I really like the 2doors with the hard tops. They kinda look like LR Defenders. Sweeet.

  • Whoa man! I don't agree with your statement. Plenty of "browns" as you call them love off-roading.

Off roading is HUGE in Mexico/Latin America. They all love Jeep and Land Rover.

As far as the blacks though...um...that might be another story.

  • Ummm. yeah, so? Offroading isn't a sport about speed. It's a thinking man's automotive discipline.

  • that's right but if you are good in it you won't drive as slow as they do, because these ways aren't realy difficult

  • Wrong, Jr. You just let everybody know that you have never rock-crawled, and probably the closest you've gotten to four-wheeling is with an RC car... I've been wheeling for decades, have a built 04 Unlimited, and would go just as slow. Lesson #1 for ya, scooter (so you don't look foolish in the future): You stay OFF the skinny pedal doing this, so you don't come crashing down and bust stuff. You'll be that guy that busts on the trail and makes everyone wait cuz you had to show off.

  • wranglers are the shit, end of story, i own the new unlimited and it kicked ass of road, they are the shit

  • which one?

  • all of them ,

  • i prefer the older jeep, & i prefer the hummer H1 on anyother off-road car

  • jeeps are the best 4 offroad in my opinion

  • jeeps are built ! not bought !

  • While I hear what you are saying, you have to start somewhere. It's nice to start with a solid platform. Not sure about the one in the vid for my own tastes.

My own Jeep is pretty meager. Mostly stock '98 TJ... my D35 carrier folded on my last wheeling trip and I now have a Super35 back there. That is as "built" as mine is so far. Not even a decent suspension. Only spacers. I need more money. :-)

  • Looks like they're losing nothing and probably might even make a gain over the TJ. I own a TJ.
