@q8ieng Yes you create but a tutorial it's a lesson for showing people the effects, the tricks...BUT not cheating with a program or plugin installed. No?

@maxstudiosalkesero Well the tutorial can be anything useful, and most of photoshop users don't know how to use the plugins.

Simply, when you have a ready made affect, will you create another one similar!!! of course not because it is already there available.

So using plugin is not shame or mistake, they actually save time from re-making them.
