As a result the societies and economies of these once rich countries were destroyed, while Germany regained power. Only since Germany is concentrating on Eastern Europe, Latin America began to recover.
Whoever collaborates with or otherwise is targeted by Germany is in very real danger of running into major problems.

@Phersephoie Your comment is a prime example of somebody biting the hand that feeds him. Germany is pumping more money (That is desperately needed in our own country!) into your desolate country than anybody else. Is it wrong to set some regulations about how it has to be spent to make sure it won't get wasted again? Your country failed to manage the crisis (or actually prevent it), so how about taking advice from people who obviously can do better with their economy?

Tell me, how do you plan to get your economy up without drastically saving somewhere? @Phersephoie Missing the big picture. Maybe you're too egotistical to realize that the Euro-crisis that Greece incinerated is no purely domestic matter. It affects the whole EU and I certainly don't want to have my country taken down with it just because the population of the originating country refuses to take proper measures and rather chooses to whine and complain, puting the blame on other countries via outdated prejudicaments that have no context to the matter at hand at all.
