  • u suggest u to do some different kind of jumps , jump in that way that ur knees touches ur chest , its rly hard and if u do it 2 min u get exhausted if u r not in good condo and shape ,,, like on ur home made video

  • Your form is all wrong the way you are doing your training you for over strength and speed. your not keeping a constant speed you are jumping all over the place not maintaining position and the finger tips you keep doing that you'll get rheumatoid arthritis by the time your 50. when your doing your arm and chest work outs you don't get results as obviously shown because you don't keep a strong position your knees bend. and when you stretch your legs lean with the chest and not with the head:)

  • Ignore all the negative comments here man. I couldnt see anything wrong with your training and i think it is a very good way to practice and condition your body for parkour. Also it shows you commited which is respectable, unlike most of the people who post negative comments here.

  • I concidered telling u everything thats so wrong with ur post, but then I realized id be a big a duche as u :P training parkour is individual u jerk, he does whatever he wants...

    and what I saw was a good alround pk conditioning training... not to hard on the muscles and very well rounded... go back to the gym and keep lifting dumbells, its obviously what you expect an exercice to be like ;)

  • i feel you're not grasping the true essence of the video. It's his individual form of training we are all built differently so react in different ways to training stimulas. And with regard to split leg push ups, it looks to me like he's targeting the detoids but hasn't quite got the hamstring flexability to do a straight legged version yet.

    Maybe try not to be so judgmental about different forms of training!!!

  • Parkour is about adapting yourself to your environment. Don't overlook the natural environment. Look in ordinary places and soon they will emerge through your own eyes. There is no right or wrong place to practise. Just look out for those piggies (cops) haha just kidding

  • great! ill tryout some of these methods. Parkour is a great disciplined sport, and as a track athlete it will really help me out. I might actually be the first person trying it out in my country: St. Lucia in the Caribbean.

    Any parkour help i can get will be greatly appriciated so if u are already into i please add me.

  • only 12' vertical not impressive at all. and the pop-up push-ups you need to use your arms more and keep proper form as you are just bouncing for your momentum. Overall pretty good workout but you should throw some barefoot tree climbing in for some upper body strength.
