burger the second one was only like that cause he basically had a bad day his owners had left for work and the garage door had shut with him in the middle of it they didnt see him untill they got home so by then he had been dangling like that for hours. if it was me i would be pissed off too also he was coming off anesthetic which makes cats loopy as well this cat was NEVER abused actually he was well taken care of.
