Whatever they say, they can not change and fix the things they have been rouning for the past 20 years, like SAAB, the only solution they came up with after producing only 2 global models 9-3 and 9-5...? Sell the old assemblies to china, and close SAAB in Sweden. The reason for this? They were stuffing all the profits to the american production of manly shitty, not economic and unattractive cars.

So, for me ... they just deserve what they got ... all of them. They wanted great salary and great benefit while making cheap breaking cars ... it was a question of time before all this get to them ... but its sad to see that now its the US/CAD citizen that as to pay for it.

If we take away that they admit they suck for the past 15 yrs and that is the reason they got in that position and now use 50 billion of the US Gov., we could say its there best add. I would be curious to know how much this add cost :-P ... As a Canadian, i have seen GM take huge advantage of our Gov. and then close a factory with a 200 million credit (no interest with a payback 10 yrs after) that was supose to keep the jobs. GM is a big prostitute that sucks and steal everyone in there way.
