I've had mine for 2 months now and there's no leakage... I even put it in the freezer a couple times a week to get the odor out. No complaints here.

doctor. are there any side affects to using creatine supplements?. I Have been using an egg and Milk Protiene powder and nothing drastic seems to have happened. I am not even sure myself if this egg and milk supplement is working. I workout in the gym three times a week, and i find all these different brands of shakes confusing. What could i use that will help build lean muscle, BUT will not make me loose fat?. Thanks for the video, i now know how to use these shaker bottles properly lol.

We use it mostly to mix our Terra-Greens product as well as our Terra-Meal shakes. You can even use it to mix pancake batter or to scramble eggs! Don't laugh, we've done it!
