I know he's a Scilon because he tried to tear the person's mask off and grab the camera. He also repeated the line their handlers and complaint filers always try to use in their frivolous attempts at police involvement... "that mask scares me! why are you wearing a mask?!"

They use this complaint in obviously incongruous ways, just as this guy was screaming while running after the anon with the best camera.

They also scream "assault!" after they commit assaults, just as this guy did.
