The reason is simple. John Perkins has been threatened, intimidated, has had attempts on his life, and managed to pull through for two basic reasons. One, he understands the system coming after him and has the intelligence to dodge it effectively, and two, he is speaking openly and very publicly about it. He has turned a billion watt spotlight on himself so that now, if he is silenced there can be a trace-back to the source. If you cloak yourself in secrecy you may as well buy the bullets.

Interesting POV. The weirdest thing is that even though leaks will happen, people still go on with the day to day lives. The Fed's fractional reserve banking is almost a century old, a good number of people have known about it - now even more - and nothing changes. Does one have alternatives? Not much...

Yes, it is an effective tactic for Youtube to use to simulate the idea that as the film rolls forward, people are losing interest. In reality, the further you get into the film the better it gets, and the conclusion and suggestions for change are excellent and inspiring.
