@ranganathranasinghe The place is near to Lung Yeuk Tau San Wai Children's Playground. Let me know your email since I can't post Google Map links here.

But I believe, as what I have been told, they don't allow entry anymore. Its a police firing range. try your luck on Sunday's. Weekdays no chance. You will have to walk some distance but can drive there most of the way.
