Having spent 300 hours on developing the bid. HPWRT will be ensuring the feasibility is well spent. The feasibility will be overseen by Hastings Pier & White Rock Trust using our scope as per our application to CommunityBuilders.

Good job as well, I just hope that the feasability study doesnt fritter away all the money and just come up with "nothing can be done" and why did the tory council give away £250,000 to Bexhill instead of ploughing the money into the pier renovations and creating jobs and revenue from tourism? stupid idiots!
