This OVA took place before Gundam seed Destiny. That means as far as any one knows, Mu La Flagga is dead. Then about half way or so threw Gundam Seed Destiny we learn that Mu is in fact alive. Though his memories have been blocked and replaced by Blue Cosmos. Mu doesnt fully regain his lost memories till the last couple episodes of GSD.

yes a gheatrical film. they are making a movie to take place sometime after destiny, but they had to stop because the writer fell ill. So as of now the movie is on hiatus. I hope they finish it soon though.
