Oh yeah, we did that a couple of times. There's an aftermarket gas tank skid down there so I think they did something wierd welding the hitch in the reciever or something.

try alittle PB blaster, let soak overnight (about 1/2 can should do) put tention to it & tap with a hammer or sledge that should do the trick
