This is a fucking TV commercial. He shouldn't be using pre-cooked mussels and pre-mixed seasoning. Even the pasta is a sales pitch. This whole thing is proprietary for that complany's own line of food. Lame.
if u cook the flavors out of the vegtables, all the flavors go out in juices from them and then u put in the mussels for the mussels to suck up the juice once they open up :P
