  • Just goes to show you don't necessarily need to train heavy at all times. That guy is training with 2-4 plates and looks like he's getting the most intense workout of his life! Awesome.

  • @anthonyjmyers For his size he is training heavy it looks like. 4 plates on a hack squat sled is very heavy for someone who isn't really really strong, especially with the quality depth he went on some of those reps. But yeah man, intensity is key!

They say it's "inappropriate content" but when I read their community guidelines I'm not in violation of anything so I have no idea. Make sure you're on my free email newsletter and you can watch LL still.

  • Oh jesus christ. Drop sets for your quads? Biggest pain you could possibly feel at the gym. Try doing 6 reps of bb squats, then 12 reps of lunges, then 25 reps of leg extensions, all done in a circuit fashion. Then try walking :)

  • @madspeed7 Looks to me like he was doig drop sets. Notice he is pealing off the plates, there are a lot of plates on the ground already, so chances are he started with a lot more.
