Nice, but since this was taken on an emulator the music speed is way off either too slow or way too fast. Also the animations are very rough and choppy. Try actually getting the game. I bought for like $10 USD with shipping on ebay.
In other words, I have Mario 64, I have an N64, I have an N64 emulator, I play a rom of Mario 64 on my emulator because it's fun and I can mess around. I have OOT and Majora's Mask, and I prefer to use the roms.
Really? I just think it's a cheap way to pirate games. Actually, I think it's still called pirating. And you still can get fined. There are websites that get closed down for having roms.
yup, I paid for my copies, I have a right to use them in whatever form they are. Besides, do you know how many games are emulated that wouldn't even profit the people even if they were gotten legit? Ones that you'd have to get second-hand from someone else; ones no longer in production or release. Most rom providers still refuse to put certain roms up because their protected by laws. Old games, for the most part, are essentially permitted to be spread. Only SMW and a few others weren't.
Cool stuff man, cool stuff. I really wish this game were out in the US. After all, SRT:OG was received pretty well here, so I think we deserve more SRW games.
Problem honestly is: They can't. In japan the companies are gladly willing to let their Mecha Animes be added, as long as they get a fraction of the profits. Here in the US, Mecha anime is less praised, they would be less likely to let the profit they'd want, and there's a LOT of stingies (Konami not letting Boktai into Megaman and Vice Versa...)
It's not really that they aren't praised, its the fact that only a hand full of companies own the animes which makes obtaining licenses to use them easier in Japan. Bandai who owns Banpresto will easily give Banpresto licenses for Gundam since it is like giving yourself money. Here in the US there are more companies that own the rights. It is much more complicated here than it is in Japan. The copyright screen would be like Gran Turismo.

30000+ hp damage. Those AT Fields seems like nothing to these guys.

One of my favorite levels in the game for sure.

If you look closely you can see the MP Eva try to put up an AT field to block Stoner Sunshine.
What a hilariously futile move. XD

even if it did put up the AT Field, the heat from Stoner Sunshine would melt the flesh off of its frame

Contiuned: It has nothing to do with profits or image, the only money they get is from the sale of the rights.

You do know that it's possible to play purchased copies of PS1 games on an emulator, right?
Just put the disc into your computer.
PataHikari 3 years ago
But that doesn't make it legal.
Someguy12121 3 years ago
Yes it does.
There's nothing illegal about emulators at all.
PataHikari 3 years ago
Yes there is. It's stealing.

Oh you have got to be kidding me.
An emulator is a program that is made to well, emulate, another system.
Emulators are used to run programs that can not be run naively in the current environment.
WINE, for instance, is a windows emulator for Linux. Allowing the running of windows programs in Linux.
PSXe is a Playstation emulator for Windows. It allows the running of Playstation programs in windows.
Nothing illegal is done just with an emulator. I could take my copy of FFVII and play it now.

I was talking about the distribution and downloading of ROMs. Nice points by the way. Not good enough to make me feel any different though...

Only illegal if you don't own the original copy

This comment has received too many negative votes show
There's really no such thing as a "back up copy". So I'd doubt that'd fly in court.
jackrom75 2 years ago
That means you PAID for the game, it's just with emulators you can record easily, and you can use cheats and such. At least that's how I do it.
