in that Rope Bridge Rumble level, there's a glitch that makes you lose 2 lives at once: if you fall down a hole with a barrel as donkey kong, and a kremling lands on your head before the death tune finshes, you'll lose 2 balloons. I dunno if it works in the SNES version, but I've been the butt of the glitch on the GBC version.
