  • 2:39 is really bad for your wrists :P and i max out at like 105 and i cant do anymore :P i drop haha =[

  • i specially like push ups with ONE HAND....

    it's very difficult

  • when i do push ups i do this lets say my age is 40 something so i do that much depending how old i am thats what i do

  • You can start kneeling instead of on your toes. Also, you can put your hands on a slightly raised surface to reduce the intensity as you are starting out. If you can't do a pushup yet, try starting out with 2 sets of 10 kneeling pushups, twice a day. If you are sore, take the next day off (but not two days in a row!). Eventually, you will be able to "drop and gimme 20" no problem.

  • If you see this video and want to find more variations, look up diamond, hindu, divebomber, staggered, and explosive push ups, back bridge push ups, single hand back bridge push ups, handstand push ups, wide push ups and cobra running. Hindu push ups are some of the best, but explosive push ups are great too. Anyway, nice video.

  • thanks sooo muchh!! the most i can do is 30 pushups :( lol (am 13 years old) and in ur teaching i might get to 40 pushups =)

  • depends how you do it.. really if u do effective chest workout pushup(hands 2times the shoulder) i think around 30 is quite effective the muscles start to burn already.

  • thanks alot because of this video, i do all these variations as a work out on weekends, ive been look to diversify(however u spell it) my work out plan and this helped
