@CigoXXL I must admit I'm astonished at the number of comments praising her voice. I can't hear anything special in it! It's okay, but for this song okay isn't enough. And for those saying that it's the best version of Ederlezi they've ever heard - well, you obviously haven't heard a lot of them ;) you can listen to Bregovic to hear a better version. This girl's voice is just too weak for the song or maybe she doesn't know how to use it, and her gestures don't speak to me at all.

I've heard almost every version of this song and I can say this the one of the rare versions where singer puts piece of her soul in to the song. She makes it look as she feels the song thus making us feel the song in our own way (no need for understanding the lyrics)

The instrumental ambient is great.

What Magdi Ruzsa did was only sing a song the best way that she can - she did it good - but more feelings are felt in this version here.

Magdi is a very endowed girl indeed! Anyway I've really had some great moments listening to this version here! And all this fist class band - it's both sumptuous and still has nothing to appear to be surplus! The couple of moments Venko sounds as an expensive Harley are gorgeous either!

All those who say that Magdi Ruzsa's version is better, are wrong. This song MUST be sung TENEDERLY AND SENSUALLY,bacause it tells a story about an impossible love. Preslava is fantastic, she's an aristocratic singer, with her own style, with a very sensual and deep voice. And Magdi Ruzsa is the most histerical schoolgirl I have ever seen. I can't get why Hungary chose her for a winner in Megasztar. She looks rediculous on stage... So, Preslava is just the best choice!

I know for certain that the title is Ederlezi, but for some reason in the actual lyrics (and I've checked this in several places) it's eRdelezi. I have no idea why.

eDerlezi, eRdelezi, herdeleze, irdilyaz... all names of the same thing - the gypsy srping festival. different pronunciation depends on the gypsy dialect that it comes from. this is why Preslava sings 'eRdelezi' - because her language advisor was the bulgarian Roma singer Boni, so she taught her the lyrics the way they are pronounced by the Bulgarian gypsy people.
