Dad told me once that this tends to happen because they have a set of speakers on stage apart from those the audience hears. This is just the sound engineer's fault, plus sound lines are not perfect. It happened in Puerto Rico with Iron Maiden's guitar :(

Well the mix is awful so the blame would be on the sound man. Maybe the acoustics are crap but you can't hear the drummer singing, the drum kit mic mix is rubbish, the guitars volumes are wrong plus they're don't sound great anyway. to be honest none of it is good. The band played perfectly well but the the mix etc it ruined it sound wise. Hope that helps.
