  • I waited 10 hours from 2Pm till midnight and got a great view this year me and my friends was right by Carson Dalys stage on the Mariott side great view and great people

  • Well, I think it's something you should experience once, just to know what it's like... and if they're like me, that will be enough. Haha.

  • I was there last year (for 07-08), waited 6 hours... almost didn't even get to see the Ball, but when they let us in the last section it was within view - about the size of a tiny pebble! Couldn't hear any music, there was no confetti, but it was absolutely packed. Cheered when it struck 12 then immediately turned around and hit the subway. I'm not doing it again unless I'm sure I'll be in the center of it all... which means, probably, waiting 12 hours with these people! :)

  • I have been there 3 times in the 80's (working) and I do not miss it. I took the video to persuade my kids "not" to go there. It did not work...they plan on going next year.

  • Dude, this is great, you are one of the few people that have nuts to wait 12 hours for the ball dropping, with windy, snowy, freezing weather.

    lol

    i miss nyc so bad

    i wanna go back again

    i love new york.

  • i'm sooo glad i wasn;t down there, BIG CROWDS.. not for me

  • Always worth the wait!
