@darkville did you remember it being the same as the beach level's music (seashell shore)?

it's because they changed the background music later on. I remember having the game early and the music from the higher levels were repeated from the lower levels. After it was stolen I bought the game again, and this time they added extra background music, one unique to each level. so I guess through time they revamped it

@flugenhagen14 yeh, for me it was the seashell shore music, but i found out that the "real" crystal island music is in some other edition of Spyro Year Of The Dragon.

i play spyro since i was about 3 or 4.. and i stil have spyro 1 spyro 2 spyro 3 (and 4) but 123 are the best! i play all spyro games like 3 times a year

WHAT... THE... F*CK?!

Way to completely ruin a great series. It's just taken away everything Spyro. What happened to the cute little dragon with attitude who only knew Flame, Headbash and Charge? 'That game' is way too dark to be a REAL Spyro game. And don't even get me started on the characters. Cynder... ugh. Sparx isn't Sparx anymore. And Hunter! WHAT THE HELL?! Just no. And my friend has already...

The new Spyro games are just wrong. They aren't Spyro. They don't deserve to use the name or the S with the dragon scales and tail (or whatever).

Spyro 1, 2 and 3 were the best. Simple storyline, simple moves, fun games, great characters and fun levels, and not like stupid war games. Spyro 4 and 5 weren't as good as the original trio but at least they kept the characters, moves and...

You know what I noticed? On the box art for Spyro 4, the reflection of Ripto in Spyro's eye is Ripto's model from Spyro 2. Why didn't they use the Ripto that's in THIS game?

Na. There was two diffrent versions of Spyro 3 released, the normal one and the directors cut. The directors cut had extra cutscenes and more music.
