it's not like these are settlements and if you look at history, many kibbutz's lands were bought and paid for before even the state of israel existed, maybe they shouldn't have sold them the land if they didn't want them there...

Dyslexic? Its not 'terror state list', it was in regards to torture as mentioned in a Canadian training manual.
Resisting what occupation? Israel pulled 100% out of Gaza in 2005. Plenty of Israel peace offers included nearly 100% of every thing asked for.
What they are 'resisting' is not resisting at all. They simply want to keep receiving their humanitarian aid whilst attempting to destroy Israel.

Also, if Israel would be on the 'torture' list, then so would Canada. Canadian armed forces don't exactly have a lovey-dovey sort of history.
Regardless, Israel shouldn't be on the same list as Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Libya, Syria, Egypt, etc. Israel doesn't have 'Gitmo' style facilities. Palestinian Arabs actually are living large in Israeli prisons...

ha. canada too, then so be it. if an american released a study on torture and didnt include the US, it would be inacurate. israel has thousands of prisoners in dungeons. this is well documented. torture is torture regardless of who employs it as a tactic.

Dungeons? Sorry, I've been to these prisons. They are above the US standard and almost on par with the Dutch standard.
According to your logic, you think its adequate to present Israeli prisons as 'dungeons' which translates to some unfounded idea in your head that these are like dungeons during the Spanish inquisition. Hehe.

So do you assume that Arabs cannot be prisoners in Israeli prisons when they've been caught in terrorist activities? (e.g. bombmaking, transporting/smuggling terrorists/munitions, shooting attacks against Israelis, etc.).

Your assumption is that there is rampant torture in these alleged 'dungeons'. They aren't dungeons, and there isn't torture.
You seem to get this confused with Gitmo. There are external controls in Israeli prisons.
There is no indefinite detention.
