@shamanphoto Like I said to someone else it is a fantastic piece that would have easily made it into the top 5 finalist shown on TV. Great job! Love to meet other filmmakers with a real passion and eye.
@MrNaughtyReaper I don't know if I can agree with that, because I'm enterting, but I think it's safe to say he'd be one of the top 5 finalist shown on TV. It's a great piece.
its nice to see the only competition on here didnt follow the rules. try cutting out the singing and re submit. also i hate to be a hater but thats not a monster

Awesome video, dude! I'm entering the contest as well and I'm glad to see that theres is at least someone taking it seriously. I mean, have you seen the other entries? Horrible. You'res was a great mixture of demented and creepy; totally awesome! It's a pleasure to compete with you. Best of luck.^^
Apart from the video stuff - which i know nothing about - the story itself was quite interesting. I am also intrigued by the fact that you were able to write the movie and song as well as act it out...in short, i'm very glad that Ariel showed me this, and i can't wait for more.
Fantastic work! ICan see this was shot by someone with a photographer's eye. Selective use of DOF, well composed shots. Grading is dead on.
The only thing that stood out to me was the Twitch plug-in effect was used at times horizontally, then sometimes vertically, The inconsistent application without reason made me wish the Twitching was tied to the motion/frequency of one of the power tools or something similar.
Fantastic work mate, very inspiring. Awesome shots, color correction, performances, the music was top notch, the overall eerie atmosphere was perfect and matched the shots very well. That's also the style of horror I love. It's good to see talent like this on youtube instead of alot of the crap you see lurking everywhere. Props to ya mate, im subscribing.
Hey man, you deserve the good feedback, Fantastic job, really. If I ever bump into you in the halls I'd like to pick your brain, if you don't mind -- you've got a lot of very interesting ideas going on here.
this is one of the best if not THE best short i have seen come out of this school. I will have to recommend this to everyone. You are truly talented and i know that you will be the next one that the faculty and staff will look towards to inspire their students.
Wilbanks showed me this in class. Made my video that I did in a day before it was due look like straight garbage, and i say that in the best way. Well done man, see you around at school.
Nicely done. John Wilbanks showed this to our Dvd authoring class. Definitely one of the better videos I've seen come out of the school, if not the best.
holy crap and oh my god jason, you sing really well. this is awesome, i can see your photography in this, very much so. It's awesome to see it come to life!!! (A bit frightening at times) so... I guess what I'm trying to say is don't forget about us photogs. hehehe! AWESOME!

Achieved the allusive quality called "mood" that most filmmakers never get a concept of.
