Its time to refurbish the old one again, the last time the old stadium was refurbished, a new one could have been built.

Instead of asking what is wrong, one should ask what is great about the new stadium. Wider concourses, more escalators and elevators, more and better concessions, more rest rooms, cup holders, wider seats, and this is for the normal fans. The rich get their suites and upscaled restaurants/lounges.

I don't know, to me its similar to Continental Airlines Arena (now Izod center) where the Nets play. This arena is also goddamn boring as it is just a basic arena with only food, a few luxury boxes which are lame, and entrances to your seats, no distractions. The old stadium for what it is worth is fairly boring and could use some more life and besides, parts of the mezzanine have been falling down/off for years making a new structure more affordable than maintenance.
