This was obviously a scripted staged scene shot on a soundstage because the lighting is all wrong. I can clearly see the wires supporting everything. If you look closely, you can see the woman's clothes waving in the stage fan wind. If you slow the video to half speed, you can see how it was originally shot, and that no one is actually hit. Bart Sibrel is being impersonated by a professional actor. The witnesses there are all actors in on a conspiracy to make hoaxers look like tards.
