If it has a thing inside that decodes zip, then it's okay. I think Windows XP and Vista have it =P You can get it on Windows 2000, like I did, but it takes like 3 hours.....It only takes 20 minutes to download everything on my laptop =P If you don't have a zip decoder, download 7zip (I think that's what's called), and download everything. If you have VBA, I guess you already have a decoder. Just download some roms found by Google =P
