Yo must do my idea for this video: Go on another browser, ans sync this drive to Charles Earland's (a great Jazz organist no longer around) to the tune "Mom & Dad."
I live in the Bay area and take bart weekly. Yea, Bart runs under the bay, and I don't think it's 8 miles long...maybe 3 or 4 maximum....the bay bridge runs through Treasure island so there are actually two bridges.
A lot of traffic aparently, but still very interesting. It's good for someone like me who's never been to SF, but I can understand it being boring for someone already familiar with the city.
Yep. I drive to Oakland from SF every day for work. It does seem pretty boring, but the cool thing is that you get the perspective of the bus passenger, who is sitting up much higher than you would be in a car. For example, I have never gotten that good of a view of the new construction on the Bay Bridge. Really cool to see how it's coming along. :)
I know for a fact BART doesn't run above ground between OAK and SF but this video kind of gives you the feeling that it was taped from BART. Some of the height, the background sounds, the windowsill of the vehicle.. You must have been on a bus huh?? N-E WAYS COOL VIDEO!!
