I haven't played any proper games on it but watching films and stuff the quality is fine :) There's hardly any lag with doing tasks on it.

The camera is good quality for what it is. If it's not good enough for you then you could always just get a usb webcam and plug it in.

I bought mine as a secondary computer. I've got a very good desktop but this serves it's purpose as a nice little, portable laptop :)

I have tried to use it with Stickam but it was pretty horrible, lol It works like a dream with Skype though :)
