I was the one who make sniper's build for blink dagger instead of lothar and I can explain why..

since ds has long-range attack along with his skill(scatterred shot). the sniper will be just like ursa blink+stompping with longest range hero in the team fight and barely escape for enemy..

Core i5 with 8gb DDR3 Ram and ATI mobility HD 5650 and it cost me around 1000 dollars (800 euros) But Laptops, as you know, are more expensive. So, what u looking for in a PC can easily be bought with 600-800 dollars.

Since it's not for gaming,8g ram and i7 core are your best parts for video processing. A decent gpu should run dota 2 easily. Liquid cooling is nice buy out of your budget for a good one- it's pointless since nothing will use the cooling anyway

for a 16 hours a day every day just for playing dota, and have had no problems but still the point is Luminous needs a new computer whatever suits him I'm just stating the facts :)

You should be able to. Look, with your good processor that youre planning on getting and RAM, you would be able to multitask. If you go cheaper on the graphics card, you can get LOTS of RAM cause its really cheap (luckily) the more RAM you have the better youll be able to multitask and render etc. you just want a machine with TONS of RAM and a great processor, with a bit of money shaved of other components, you should be able to do it for 800

An i7 Dual core running at 2.53 GHz should be able to render while allowing you to watch anime :) I'm not sure whether it's able to play dota at the same time though..

Personally rendering is handled by i5. If you are a luxurious Chinese, i7 okay... but usually i7 laptops do not use the potential of their graphics cards to the fullest.

Check out Lenovo y640. that is my laptop now, it can perform anything. price is reasonable, runs on i5 and it is optimized by its wild ATI graphics card. Don't choose over rated Macs in my opinion

if you want an i7 u nid the proper gpu/hardware to support it or they will bottleneck your i7, thus i feel that 600-800 is the bare minimum you need for an i7 pc. imo u nid at least a grand EURO for a proper com to support the i7. also if you are going for an i7 u prolly could be able to render/fraps/wc3 at the same times with the proper ram, etc. as wc3 is an old-ass game imo. nv tested thou.
