did your see any improvements after doing seafoam ?, better milage , smoother idle , did it fuck anything , i heard seafoam can do good and bad to the car .

Yes, the car ran smoother definately. Not sure about gas mileage.
Long as you use it right it won't 'fuck anything'.

I say yes. There are tons of parts available for the MK3 Jettas and Golfs and the VR6 really packs a punch right out of the box!

It isn't the motor! Seafoam is a chemical you put in the intake to clean out all the carbon buildup.
