I love current 'the oldies' and I hope (and think) they are still in Libera. Yet I'm glad the younger members stared in this, the 'Peace' CD cover and that more boys have solos than a few years ago. Great recap video!

Well, there are some events in Libera's recent history (2007-2010) that are an important part of showing the wide range of concert venues and travel and various types of experience. This is more about introducing the group, I think, than about which boys are part of it at this particular moment, especially as the lineup changes so quickly. It's nice to see some recently-departed members acknowledged as part of this "introduction" to the group as a whole.

Interesting. It's becoming real show of exploration and control. Did no one find strange they have the same answers, same jokes, manners, etc. even two generations after? Look at the wold promotional videos. I wonder if these kids aren't put into an acting condition and adequation to an estructure rather than expressing themselves actually, Don't get me wrong, I'm a Libera Fan and love the music but I can really see it becomming to much of a commercial show. A pitty

@ssohjiro I admit it was a bit strange to see one of the boys 'lose' himself in the hood of the robes (like mini Ben did). I think that they do get some kind of training to deal with all the media attention (which is a good thing ofcourse). And as the younger boys learn from the older ones it is not strange to see them take over some manners or anwers from the older boys/ their mentors. In the same way kids are taking over manners from their parents.

@Kasapamese You are right. It's a pitty to see Libera using footage from 2007/2008 to introduce this new generation to the public. I think they should have stayed with the footage from their 2009/2010 tours. It's not like they do not have enough footage of 2009/2010...just look at the many youtube vids taking with video/photo's from those years :D

@woukra They're still using clips from the old Yankee Stadium video I posted 2 1/2 years ago (from 4:13). Forget the changes in membership, heck, that entire stadium has been demolished since then.

Perhaps I should re-upload it, seeing as YouTube allows better quality uploads these days. The original is still sitting on my DVR.

@shinri1 @woukra I don't disagree that some of the footage was dated, however I have a feeling they've saved the newer material for the deluxe CD package which promises "exclusive behind the scenes footage". And as mentioned below it was great to see some old faces mixed in with the fresh new choristers. :) Some of this footage (i.e. the hilarious rollercoaster scene ---anyone else notice josh hanging upside down?) would otherwise have been lost in time and i personally am not complaining. ;)

As far as @ssohjiro 's comment about "it (Libera) becoming to much of a commercial show". I mean, we as a public DEMAND it! There is no denying that many fans live for these sound bites that typify the jovial & exuberant nature of a Libera chorister. I'm grateful they've taken the time to acknowledge the fans' desire to see these boys as they truly are & that the boys realize the opportunity they have been given and remain humble despite the celebrity! They are still true to themselves.
